I hardly ever leave reviews, but Isabell at Ulta absolutely deserves recognition! I went in just to pick up a few things, unsure of exactly what I needed. Isabell approached me with a warm, friendly attitude and genuinely asked if I needed help. She listened to all my questions patiently, never once rushing me, and gave thoughtful recommendations tailored to what I was looking for. I ended up buying every single item she suggested—and I’m so glad I did! She made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Isabell!

This store seems to be on its way out. Staff wasn't very helpful, they seemed to be busy with each other. Products were in damaged boxes. All the testers were broken and dirty. I was looking for a certain makeup brush. I looked around myself for awhile but then ended up having to find an employee who just pointed me in the general direction. They only had half the brushes they had on display. I just left. I'll buy what I need online.

Came in to the store today as a guy who thought it was mostly a store for girls with the help of Clarissa she made me feel comfortable and at ease and she was funny as well. She really educated me on the different perfumes and colognes and ingredients it has and I left with a b day gift and a gift for myself thanks Clarissa

I have not dyed my hair for 8 years and I finally decided to do something different and go from black to honey color . Allie Mae did an awesome job with my hair ! I love it. She had the patience to go over options / recommendations , took the time to explain the process thoroughly and gave me all the after care instructions . She is such a happy soul with the the coolest vibes!
