They don't open on time. EVER!. People were knocking and banging on door way 20 min pass opening hours. Unacceptable.

Knowing that there's always a line at every post office helps with the anticipation, but this location always has helpful staff doing their best. I always appreciate the knowledge from the elders. Give yourself ample time to drive to the post office, find parking, and be in line if you are in need of customer service.Self-service kiosk works well when you don't want to deal with the line or customer service. Dropping off first class mail (maximum 13oz or under) to their collection slots inside is very easy and puts my anxiety at ease. If it's a package that needs scanning, I just stand in line and have them scan that they received it when I get to the front, then they give me my receipt to help with tracking.When I needed to get certified mail and signature upon receiving by the recipient, they assisted me on what to mark off on the 2 green paperwork required.Overall, the priority package options available are of good value when compared to other shipping businesses.

I only go to this post office when I am dropping off a prepaid label package for Poshmark. I always use the self service kiosk. It's pretty convenient.

every time i visit, i always see these employees who look like complete social outcasts and sound super grumpy. they should hire someone who is more young and passionate.

DO NOT COME HERE!Had appointments to get passports for 3 different people. We arrived 7 mins late (which I understand if you can no longer help us with the first appointment since that was OUR fault) but, the worker was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful about it. She didn't want to help us with any of the other appointments we had even though us being late had no effect on those other two appointments. Additionally, I do not appreciate the rude attitude. There is a way for someone to say they can no longer help you without being disrespectful. Worker ended up helping us with ONE appointment making excuses that she needed to go on break so could not do the other appointment (which doesn't make any since since the appointments were scheduled). She then proceeded to go to her coworker RIGHT IN FRONT OF US and talk sh*t about us. How unprofessional and straight up disrespectful. after we left here we had to go to a walk in appointment to get our passports and we learned that we were charged extra without any explanation as to why. I paid 160 on a walk in appointment at buena park city hall, and the lady who helped us charged my boyfriend 187!! overall, had such a horrible experience here, and will definitely not be coming back. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the person who helped us, but she had tattoos all over, including on her neck. Whoever that was, is one of the rudest,most disrespectful people i've come across when just trying to go about my day.

Avoid this location at all costs. Especially the elderly gentleman has a disgusting attitude unless you speak in his native language. Had an appointment for a passport application and had all the required documents. The older gentleman flat-out refused to process the application because he insisted I had the wrong documents. This was in reference to a neutralization certificate, which is absolutely acceptable according to the government website. This employee seems to make up his own rules. Im not sure how someone like this is even allowed to work with the public. Doing his job seemed very bothersome to him. Save your time and money and go somewhere where you are valued.

So I came here because I got informed delivery, I told the guy if he can see about my mail. And he said no because the mail man are out. I’m still here waiting at my house and I don’t see nothing I can’t even go back because they don’t have my mail even though I’m showing informed delivery doesn’t make no sense bad service too!! ??
