“Came here to check out a certain car they had and left with an even better one!! George (the owner) was extremely helpful during the entire purchase process. He answered all my questions big or small. He made the process smooth and easy ( we know buying a car can be stressful) !! There were some minor cosmetics issues that the car had, they fixed all the issues and gave my car a full detail that made it look BRAND NEW! Luis, who co- piloted the test drive knew a lot about the cars and answered all and any questions I had about the vehicles. He was very helpful and kind. After my car got detailed he delivered it to my house and couldn't be happier with my experience and overall care I got from this dealership + team. No better duo then them. “Below, I want to briefly describe my experience dealing with Cartrackers this past week, specifically Jay Sheikh and Tonya.Selling/purchasing a car is never an easy task, and it's one that I genuinely get sick from just thinking about. When my friend recommended Cartrackers after his experience a few months back, I decided to give it a shot. I am very glad that I did. Jay made it absolutely effortless for me to have the car inspected. All it took was a brief 10 minute facetime video. Jay's "bedside manner" was immaculate. It felt like I was speaking to one of my close friends, as opposed to a vulture trying to milk me for every last cent. There was a few times where Jay would advise me on certain aspects of car buying/selling, and it genuinely made me feel like he was going out of his way to help me when he certainly did not have to. He really went above and beyond for me.Sadly, there was a big obstacle in me obtaining my next car (to no fault of Cartrackers). I was utterly shocked when on a late Saturday evening I received a phone call from Tonya's personal cell phone. She could have enjoyed her weekend and waited until Monday to address my needs but she put that to the side to try and get me into my next car. I could her genuine concern and anger on behalf of me in her voice. Ultimately, she guided me on what to do next and even reiterated that I am allowed to personally contact her on her cell if I need further help. Eventually, I was able to receive my new car. However, I ended up leaving a large amount of cash inside my old vehicle, upwards of $1,000. Tonya tracked down the money, counted the exact amount, and has been holding it for me until I am able to make my way down to Anaheim to pick it up. I truly believe that if this was any other car service, that money would have gone missing.In conclusion, I want to thank the entire CarTrackers team for being there every step of the way for me. This won't be the last time that I conduct business with you all and I certainly will be recommending you to my friends.”
