“This is my new ONLY go-to auto shop. I was very weary of taking my Infiniti anywhere but I got a great vibe from this shop. They could tell right away how much I cherish my car and how particular I am. They were very thorough in their report showing me through their web app everything that needed replacing with pictures as proof to show. Other shops you just have to take their word for it and hope they do not scam you. The service manager and owner are super friendly and always happy when you come in or speak with them on the phone. Not like other shops where they just sound like they dread working where they're at. It may be a bit on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get. Id rather spend a bit more and make sure its done right and with a guarantee. Ill be coming back again for any further repairs or maintenance.”

“I have an e46 m3. I was going to my buddy's shop in Irvine and nothing wrong with his shop but unfortunately they work on newer M series cars and didnt have anyone to recommend for the work I needed to get done. I went and looked up shops in Orange county that work on cars similar to mine. Found this place, called Kyle. Just speaking on the phone with the guy right away this is going to be a good spot to take the car in. He didnt brush me off on the phone, right away talked about what can be wrong with with the car and that he can do the job. Came in today he did the repair on the car and will be sending me an estimate for everything else needs to be done. Coming from a BMW enthusiast but not a mechanic, this is the right place to come and fix or have work done on your M series car of an older generation. Kyle has e30 m3s there and a nice e36 m3 toy he showed he was working on. He was patient and didnt push the stuff that my car didnt need. he just went down the list of importance my car will need for it to be in great shape. Definitely apologize for long review and I dont leave these often but this place deserves to be at the top of the lists when you are looking for place to get work done.”

“I looked everywhere all morning for a shop to help me put a part on my car I could not. I stopped at 5 shops they all said no because I had my own part. I was also on a time crunch bc my mom just had surgery. Brian went above and beyond to help me out. I know cars and the work they did was fantastic. Even replaced some old hardware, did some light painting. Used loctite in the right areas. Smaller shop. But this is when size does not matter. Service does. Thank you Brian”

The employees there are so kind and so attentive, and took us in at the last minute. They even checked the pressure and filled the tires with air. “This is my second time utilizing the services of Rhod at Color Creation Bumper Repair, and both times I have come away absolutely amazed at the result. I don't know how he manages to blend his paint in perfectly with the surrounding undamaged panel, but his methods work wonders (at a fraction of a price of most body shops). If you want a professional touch up on a bumper without losing an arm and a leg financially to get it, I seriously don't think you could do much better than Color Creation. Thanks Rhod!”

“Came in bc my car was very unsafe to drive and the car had a mind of its own. My car has adjustments for everything from caster, to toe, and camber and has heim joints and all solid connections points to solid metal motor mounts. I was pretty bummed on my suspension but once my car was on the rack they were able to dial in my suspension and they took my car out on a test drive to verify that my car no longer drove all over the road anymore. I fell back in love with my car bc I could finally drive my car the way it should be driven which is high rpms and in boost. I no longer had to half step on the throttle. My car drives straight as an arrow now and now I can get on my throttle and feels super safe and I know longer have to hold my steering wheel firmly when going over grooves or cracks in the road thinking my car will swerve to the left or right with a mind of its own. I highly recommend these guys if you drive a lowered car or have a race car suspension adjustments like I had. Price was fair for the alignment and knowing ahead of time if it's over an hr they'll have to charge a bit more which since my car had alot adjustments it was needed I ended up paying $200 out the door. The 1st shop I called who did alignments like mine was charging me around $350! I thought that was a little steep but they did offer corner balancing for your car which I really liked for future suspension characteristic of having a balanced car on all 4 corners and having a close to 50/50 weight distribution would be ideal for my independent rear suspension for my 1973 Datsun 510!”

“This place is AMAZING!!!! Tight parking lot but INCREDIBLE service! We had a nail in the tire and without appointment they squeezed us in. Very quickly they got to work removing the tire and pulling the nail. Here is where the 5 stars come in.... They could have gone about their business and charged us. Instead, they come out asking if the tire had been losing air. We answer no, and he shows the nail that was missing the pointed part and said it hadn't pierced the tire. They put the tire back on and then fill the tires to the correct pressure. They then say no charge . What amazing service! We will definitely be bringing the cars here for tires and future service! Thank you SO much!!! Do not hesitate to give these folks your business!!!”

“We were looking for a new repair place after our Corolla started with the dreaded check engine light. Frank took a look at it and fixed it up. Drove just fine for a few days as the light came back on. One of his techs suggested that could be the charcoal canister with the code that it threw and they got it ordered installed and its been good ever since. We picked it up late as he was there after closing working on some cars. Ever since then, we've taken the corolla back and trust his mechanic magic. We've sold the corolla and got another one new old one and taken it back to him for a checkup haha. Definitely take your cars to him for quality and trustworthy fix.”

“If I could give 7 stars I would.. Steve came to my rescue after fielding a call at 630 in the morning when I noticed my sprinter van had sprung an enormous oil leak whilst driving down to the gas startion. Fortunately most the massive leak I was able to wipe up , but the mystery was where all that oil had gushed out from. I am moderately knowledgeable about engines and I figured I had blown a head gasket, oil cooler hose or some other horrendously complex and expensive dysfunction. My van was not drivable and I was unable to determine the source of the leak. I was envisioning a tow truck, major expenses and a car rental to drive back home to Sacramento. Steve had the intelligence and integrity to suggest it might just be a simple easy to fix blown oil filter gasket. . He loaded up 3 gallons of synthetic oil along with a filter and a gasket and drove his motorcycle from home to the gas station where I was stranded and with in minutes had solved the mystery and allowed me to drive home safely and economically This is a quite a testament to his honesty, service orientation and ingenuity and he went out of his way to help a stranger .. I wish I lived closer , so I could regularly return to his business for future service. I trust him and you should too.. Thank you Steve... Well done”

“We were stranded with a flat tire over the weekend. Lucky for us Hi-tech was open on a Sunday and we we're staying at a hotel just up the street. I called in the morning and was told they could fix our flat and to come on by. Fred was able to check our tire issue and found a small nail. I told him we would be driving back up towards San Fran. He was able to patch our tire up for us and get our car back to us within an hour. We had no issues getting home. Such a relief. His price was very reasonable and we appreciate his help.”
