On 7/27/2023, the tracking number 9405511908879462705765 three packages in one tracking number indicated a delivery failure due to an "incorrect recipient address. I re-confirmed with the shipper the address was correct. I went to the station and picked up two small undelivered packages, and the missing 22 lbs package remains unaccounted for, and there has been no follow-up communication. This is my third-time complaint in two months since my office moved to Anaheim where the mail delivery is serviced by the USPS Sunkist Station. For the last past 5 years, no delivery issues were encountered with Garden Grove Station. It's the Garden Grove station that set high standards and expectations. I REGRET SO MUCH MOVING MY OFFICE TO ANAHEIM.

Unfortunately you cannot go into the lobby and drop off mail/postcards when it's non-working hours. I came by to drop off a postcard and thought why not buy more postcard postage. I waited in line while a man was trying to get mail from a PO box that he could no longer afford. It was nice to see the patience the employee had for him and got the situation resolved.I received useful information that if you send a postcard that's bigger than the size 1 in my attached photo that you'll need 2 postcard stamps or 1 forever stamp because it's basically the size of a letter. Sadly for me they were out of postcard stamps. I'm still waiting for my online order of postcard stamps for the remaining postcards that would have been returned to sender if I didn't have the additional postcard stamp.I appreciate that you can drop off packages at the parcel drop to the far right once you enter the post office.

WORST POST OFFICE ON THE PLANET! ID RATE IT A ZERO . This post office completely screwed up and lost my mail that contained my CHECK I received from work along with some other bills and it’s been over a month!!! Disrespectful staff working the front window especially the guy with the white beard always gives bc people a hard time and was getting defensive when I explained my situation. They don’t have a handle on things have lazy carriers that send you the wrong items or do there routes. Will definitely NEVER GO HERE

I would rate zero if could. Went to buy stamps and waited for 20 min after 7am opening time and lobby never was unlocked. Back parking lot had tons of cars do employees were there.

USP Sunkist most unprofessional office in Anaheim. Oh don't worry abt the Asian lady she retired Thank God . Now you have to deal with Evil Santa year round . He's a j*** !! BTW be nice to Lorraina. She the nicest caller service . I would give it a 5 Stars .

Worst place ever. Stuffed my returned packaged destroying my item. How the hell do you allow your employees to do this crap? There needs to be an investigation into this because you destroyed MY property. Save your time and go somewhere else. S*** company, s*** location. Not HAPPY!!!!

This was my first time going to ship something. Never here again. Old Man Mark was a huge ahole. Mexican man obviously couldn't speak English and instead of trying to find someone to translate or help, he starts yelling at him and telling him to leave. Everyone else was so nice but this old fart had a humungous attitude. When he helped me, it was all sighing and he handed me the receipt super aggressively. If you're ever in a mood to get yelled at, come here and speak Spanish to this old man.

The old man that works here fulltime is a huge a******* its not even personally towards me. We all wait in line and we hear how he talks to customers each and everyone. people in line even have to turn around be like "geesh" this guys harsh.

Went in for a money order. Rude clerk at the counter snaps at me saying that there is a sign at the entrance where I entered saying that they ran out of money orders. Problem is the sign can only be read when you exit the building. The entry side was blank.

When I got my P.O. Box two years ago almost 3 already there was nice staff, now they got the worst customer service ever; asked an old man with a beard that he could help me locate my package and he refused he told me to come back tomorrow yelling at me, that he don't do that and comeback before 4 am, I work 7-4 I cannot come back. Asked to see a supervisor and he told me with a sarcastic laugh that he will tell me same thing. I advised employee that was a rude attitude and told me that I was holding the lane. Then another customer he was coming with a lot of letters and he told cust to please go to another postal office since he brought alot of letters and will hold the lane. He has the worst customer service

I visited this location to drop off a package and get a receipt which literally takes 1 min. I waited in a long 15 min line and then got up to the window and Angie yelled at me to get out because I don’t have a mask on. I calmly explained to her that I have a medical condition that prevents me from being able to wear one because I need my full oxygen levels. She said “it doesn’t matter, you can’t be in here without a mask or you need a dr note” I said you can’t do that it’s against the law to discriminate me and try to force me to show a dr note like she’s some kind of medical expert. This is the rudest person I have ever had an interaction with, she didn’t take my package and yelled at me to get out when I challenged her. Angie needs to be trained in customer service and brush up on her job description which doesn’t include checking for medical exemptions.
