We've used a few different storage places and The Vault is, by far, the best! Always clean, and friendly people, with weather kept in mind while building. Good drainage! But for us, these people at The Vault are HONEST! We've had others take things with the key they kept and so finding a place that has wonderful staffing is worth a lot. Very Professional and friendly. We have been there for about ten years now and we've never been sorry. 5 Stars!!

I really like this place. This is my first time renting an storage and this place is perfect. The people that works there are very friendly, helpful. Sasha is the lady in the front office she is really nice and helpful and always received you with an smile.😊if you are looking for a storage this is the right place to rent one.

We have been here for quite a while now. Not only is it clean, the staff are exceptionally helpful and very nice to work with. Recently had a friend pass way that used this facility based on our recommendation and they were so kind and helpful in getting everything taken care of. The office and staff were also helpful in helping me find a unit that was better suited to my needs. Can’t recommend this location highly enough! 10 stars!

I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility! The place is always clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. Access is easy, and I really appreciate how safe I feel storing my things here. Highly recommend!

I’ve been at storage vault for years and I use the parking and storages for business purposes. Sasha in the office is a great representation for this place she makes things easy as can be is very polite and professional. The old guy sucked but now that she’s here it’s 1000% better in every way. I recommend this place there’s no Elian’s everything is easy accessible.

the all worker are very nice, Maneger Sasha, and Mr. Isidro and other employees and worker are very nice, Super helpful and friendly service, with reasonable prices
