Im absolutely thrilled with the service I received at the Verizon store located at 8166 E Santa Ana Canyon Rd #100 in Anaheim, CA 92808! Silvano and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Every single person I interacted with was incredibly nice and helpful. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Silvano was particularly outstanding - he was knowledgeable, patient, and even helped us after hours. I was so impressed.
Initially, I had stopped by to set up 4 new lines, but Silvano's expert explanation of how I could bundle with internet and save some money was so compelling that I ended up taking advantage of the offer. The entire process was seamless and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
