In case you were wondering why its so difficult to get pokemon cards from the machine here. The front two are employees, one works vons the other works the starbucks. Somehow conveniently must have a break to be in line for the machine or the management doesn't care.

To the tall white dude with long hair, you’re just RUDE. I don’t even understand how he still works there, he gets very angry and gives you attitude for the slightest reason. Just don’t ask him any questions and agree with him so he doesn’t get mad!!!

I placed my first pick up order last week and though there was a IT price glitch, the wonderful people at Vons in Anaheim Hills, Lindon, Christian. Kevin and Ron made it right. OUTSTANDING customer service. I recommend this store highly.

Beautiful, clean store with amazing employees. The drive up and go feature was easy to use. There was a mistake on the online app and they made it right. Annalisa, the store manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and positive. Elliot and Joseph were stars, and packed the order carefully. They even loaded all of my items into my car neatly for me. Great store with a ton of amazing items and customer service.

This store is the worst customer service ever, most employees have very bad attitude, not helpful at all even when you asked for help, I visited this store at 2:15 pm today 4/30/24 and I was looking to transfer money through western union and three employees working on one cashier area, I asked them for help and no one of them try even to help I got two names of them were the worst their names are Massion and the other is Joseph.
Really there are very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful at all. Really very ugly experience.

This review is not specific to any Vons store. This is regarding their corporate Customer Service, relative to SNAP/EBT. Be very careful! My debit card was charged for food that was specifically covered by SNAP and I even have screenshots of every food purchase I made and they all specified SNAP coverage. The CS rep understood exactly what I was saying but I understood maybe 10% of what she said due to her heavy accent, and I find it very disturbing that Vons thinks miscommunication is ok. She even put me on hold for almost 5 minutes and came back with a jumbled explanation about going over the estimated total. When ordering, I signed for an estimated total greater than what I received but she insisted that the "overage" charges automatically went to my debit card but there was no overage. In fact, there were three food items that were unavailable! I am furious and I will not be using Vons for curbside pick up ever again.
