Came here after researching that Walgreens takes passport photos for babies. Woke my baby up to bring her in, only for the lady sitting behind the photo counter doing nothing to say, “Walgreens does take baby photos, we just don’t.” Uhhh okay, thanks for nothing 🙃

IN-STORE OPEN 23HOURS A DAY!!! CLOSED 3am-4am
Honestly other than that I love the place both the staff & pharmacy are always very professional & kind. But if you show up at 3:01am & DONT want to wait till 4am there's a CVS open 24hours one street away on La Palma

The pharamicst Jami was very rude and disrespectful and accused me of harrsing her while I was on the phone speaking to my mom. The store manager refused to listen to anything and just took her side. Trash attitude

Of course this is my second account, telling how rude the customer service of pharmacy is. Disorganized pharmacy order tracking system. Think about next time you heard Walgreens at State College and Lincoln. Dont let your doctor or care provider send your prescription there.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! JUST SPOKE TO THE MANAGER on duty as I’m righting this review! I spoke to him about one of his employees being unprofessional. I told him customer service is very important. He told me “not anymore, it use to be”…. WHAT? He said “because deal with a lot of shoplifters”. Um sir, we are not here to shoplift we are here as a paying customer, giving you business. I was in complete shock! First off, I’m from Hawaii were we treat people with respect, here was far from that! Very disappointed! By far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been!

Terrible costumer service. And the manager Daniel is the most rude person on planet earth I ever seen. I traumatized after all that I don't wanna even see Walgreens in my life any more. If you like to be respected as a costumer and human don't ever go to this store

Whoever is working right now is EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT. unwilling to help customers (even though it's his job). I asked for help with something simple and he said " I already told you where it is and you didn't listen". Sorry for not seeing it but if I already did, I wouldn't be asking AS**HOLE!
