Bad service waited over an hour and the pharmacy employees had a very bad attitude. They seemed to also be insensitive as they gave mocking laughs when I said I would pay for the medicine. Would give a 0 start if I could.

i would really like to thank gen and haley and Cindy Eva tracy I love going to the to the walgreens and that the only Walgreens we go to customer service is the best and is really nice and it. It’s fast and helpful.

Worse customer service ever at this Walgreens location, they keep put client on phone hold on and off for 3 times almost 25’ and then hang up .. dont have your prescriptions send and pick up here

This is a very busy pharmacy and I truly believe they do their very best here to handle so many people. Kindness and patience should be given to all those who are responsible for improving our lives. I was in a very long line recently and heard people grumbling which isn’t necessary
Obviously a lot of us are there because we are not feeling well but I find it sad that people express their frustrations on those who are doing their best
PS. Mary who works there is outstanding kind n offers a smile to everyone. Thank you to all !

I just wanted to leave a review for the Walgreens here on Ball and Knott. The staff here is extremely kind and welcoming and I had a very pleasant visit especially with Sabrina she was very attentive and she helped me to get what I needed and get me out as soon as possible and I really appreciate that thank you Sabrina and all the staff at Walgreens, you guys are awesome!

Elizabeth with the photo department was absolutely incredible! She helped me place a large order of canvases and was willing to take more! I called a dozen other Walgreens and they wouldn’t do the order or would just cancel it without communication. I am so thankful for this store, Elizabeth, and her team!

Service at pharmacy is extremely slow. Stood in line of 5 people for 1 hour! Go elsewhere!

My husband went into Walgreens at Ball and Knott and purchased to $50 gift cards for eBay for me for Valentines Day and the guy checking him out was new and ask for help to activate the cards, my husband was given a receipt and two activation slips and came home and gave the cards to me. When I went online to buy something I was told by eBay the cards had a zero balance. So I called the store manager to say they did not activate the cards, they said it is not a store level problem that I needed to now call Walgreens consumer affairs, the first guys was really rude and said it wasn't there problem that E bay to deal with it. So I called E bay back and they said I did not purchase the cards through them that this was an Walgreens issue, so I called Walgreens back and they filed a claim and one day later received an email that said they activated the cards and if they had no balance there was nothing they can do about it. This is really poor customer service on Walgreens side, I will never give this store or chain a penny again and I think everybody should boycott them. I understand it is a scam but they have insurance to cover when this happens and the customer is always right. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
