May 25, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. was the first time I entered a Wells Fargo branch since 2020. At my visit to branch #72437-20 in Anaheim, CA, I found out that my ATM card was expired, I requested from the employee at the window to order my replacement card. The employee requested help from the BRANCH MANAGER, who, after looking at my account, told me that he cannot order the ATM card from his computer and that in order for me to order a new card, I MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND SIT WITH A BANKER. He then proceeded to tell me that no appointments are available soon, but he can put me on a waiting list and get me to meet a banker faster than making an appointment. which I found it ODD because i have been with Wells Fargo for more than 35 years. Usually, they want you to sit with a banker to try to convince you to open more accounts that you do not need and to make investments that profit the bankers. I WANT TO KNOW: 1- WHY DID THE MANAGER AT THE BRANCH TELL ME THAT I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT TO SIT WITH A BANKER JUST TO RENEW MY TELLER MACHINE CARD? It must be a hidden reason that benefits the banker. 2- DOES THIS MANAGER THINK I AM STUPID TO TELL ME THAT HE CANNOT RENEW MY CARD ON HIS COMPUTER? 3- HOW COME WHEN I WENT OUTSIDE OF THE BRANCH AND CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RENEWED MY CARD IN 30 SECOND PHONE CALL? 4- WHY DOES THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH HAVE NO EXPERIENCE AND NOT KNOW HOW TO RENEW A TELLER MACHINE CARD? 5- IS WELLS FARGO HIRING MANAGERS FOR THE BRANCHES WITH NO EXPERIENCE SIMILAR TO THE ONE WHO JUST ANSWERED MY COMPLAINT AND THE ONE WHO TOLD ME HE CANNOT RENEW MY TELLER MACHINE CARD ON HIS COMPUTER? 6- WHY IS WELLS FARGO REFUSING TO INVESTIGATE THIS POSSIBLE MISCONDUCT? I am not getting answers to my questions because Wells Fargo contracted the customer service to a company called ENTERPRISE COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT OFFICE (ECMO). This company ECMO employes are people without any banking experience to resolve the customer's issues, Those emplyees are labeled ECMOs.Working from the comfort of their homes without any supervision and not under the Wells fargo management they are independent contractors. The ECMOs working from the comfort of their home Refused to address my complaint properly and they switch the case from the MANAGER to the window teller which I am not complaining about. Those Employees of the contractors ECMO, refused to forward my complaint to a manager, and refused to investigate. the executive. I was told in writing by the Wells Fargo's contractors ECMOs that Wells Fargo has no email or website for online complaints and Wells Fargo customer service has no managers or supervisors. Customers like me find no REAL Wells Fargo site to complain but here.

Went around 3pm on a Wednesday( mind you they close at 5) I was sitting and waiting to be assisted since I had a couple questions regarding my credit card; an employee came up to me and asked me what I needed assistance on, and I vaguely told him, well he kept pushing for more information that I wasn't really comfortable sharing with the others that were also waiting. he ends up telling me to call the number on my credit card and they can help me with my issue. I would have preferred in person assistance which is why I was there, but employee seemed like he was eager to clear the lobby. switching to Schools First ASAP

This branch is the worst I've been to. Unfortunately my business is around the corner so I end up having to come here during business hours for my banking needs. Almost every time I come here the line is nearly to the door with only two tellers servicing customers. It's a shame how these large companies treat their customers.

Worst Wells Fargo ever! There's always only 1 teller open. I've been here on a Friday multiple times and there's always a long line due to one window being open.

This branch in Anaheim on Lincoln Ave is the worst branch and has a bad impact on Wells Fargo itself. The staff is worst with no customer service at all. Rude and indisciplined. The Wells Fargo corporate officers should look into this or open up a new branch. The Wells Fargo bank itself is great.

I'd give this branch 0 stars if I could. They haven't reached out to offer any kind of apology or help. Terrible branch, yet the branch in Huntington Beach is over the top helpful. Just shows how bad management can ruin a business.

I just want to thank one of the managers for allowing me to do a wire transfer without an appointment. I had to complete the transaction before 12, I explained my situation and they went out of their way to make it happen . I really appreciate it very much because situation like mine is when you really see what they can do about their customers

These tellers have to be the worst ever. They need to be trained correctly because the customers service is terrible! I was helped by AMAIRANI and not only did she not look professional but she was rude. I will never Go back to this branch again due to unprofessional staff.

I have been in the company for about 20 years now! I have seen many new workers all the time, one that caught my attention was a teller Named Eric, very sweet man, always welcomes me and makes sure that I am always satisfied with all my transactions! I've been helped by others who work there but it sure feels like he cares more about each and every customer!! Very quick paced! And always gets me transactions correct! Thank you Wells Fargo for having a GREAT worker! And thank you Eric!

Very poor customer service. There is a guy that checks you in, told me the wait is 10-15 minutes. I ended waiting for 40 minutes. I told the check in guy what is the purpose of my visit. Now I am called by the banker and told her the reason for my visit, I was told that my daughter has to be present to capture the signature. What a bummer. If I knew, I could have gone home and picked my daughter while waiting for that 40 minutes. What a waste of time.

Train your newer Tellers! It's been twice already I send my business deposit to this branch and they reject it. Once for thinking I couldn't deposit it face to face and today the male teller said I was short when I wasn't. They wanted me to wait that super long line again after it was the tellers fault. This branch only has 2/3 tellers even on peak days so expect to wait over 20 mins in line. Or go to another Wells...

Both teller and manager were very inconsiderate. My father went there and asked for assistance to deposit in the machine since they wont let my father deposit cash thru the teller but still did not help him. Poor customer service.... should not be in that position.
