This is the worst Bank and branch. I'm pulling all my money out of this Bank after being with Wells Fargo over 45 years! I went into this bank today-10:30am and there were 10 people in line and only 1 teller and three girls walking around, chit chatting and having a fun time in the back. I let the 1 male teller know that there were 10 people in line and he said just be patient we're busy (sarcastic attitude) We're doing the best we can! This branch specifacally has never given me good service and this was my last attempt today!! I am going to be closing my account!!! Wealthfront Bank is much better and gives you higher interest( 5%) on your cash accounts!! BYE WF!!

I have been coming to this branch for over year. This team is phenomenal!! They have great customer service! They have a positive attitude and they welcome you with big smiles. I just wanted to thank Wells Fargo for having such a great team at this branch!

I'm very impressed with the excellent customer service I received yesterday! I came to this branch last week middle of the day hoping to open a certificate of deposit account (just sold my house so very large deposit) and a platinum savings account. The teller gently turned me away because I didn't have an appointment and the banker was fully booked. Absolutely my fault so I made an appointment and came back and had a very positive experience! I was helped earlier than my appointment and the bank rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. She apologized for the computer and whole process being slow (not her fault), but I didn't mind as I know she was working to the best of her ability and was very professional. Thank you for helping me out with getting my accounts set up and deposit done. I've been stressing about this for a while now since I'm making major life changing moves and you have made things easier for me, and it is greatly appreciated!

Last almost 6 months I been coming here once a month to cash checks of more than 1500 they never have to call it in to my work but the one time I come in with a check not even half of that amount the lady wants to call it in I don't know what's up with The little dark skinned gordita but she didn't even wanna finish helping me they never make it a big deal when I'm going in to cash my bonus checks but the one time I'm going in the bank to collect money to go Bury my brother for his funeral they make it a big deal as well as bother my boss who's on vacation Versus speaking to the company accountant Pendeja

02/07/22 at 1pm Bank manager tells us that she doesn't have enough cash on hand to cash a Wells Fargo Cashier Check for $29k. Then we see her leave as we walk out. Shift change? We come to the next bank and they are shocked that she told us that. Why you would promote lazy people to those positions is a sad reflection of the company. Avoid this bank and just head down the street on north state college Blvd a few blocks for a better banking experience.

They never have enough tellers. Long lines and 2 or 3 tellers open. I'm in line now, 6 ppl in line but only 1 teller open. Either they're understaffed or bad scheduling by the manager. Avoid this wells fargo
