They close online services with no notice. The staff is very disrespectful if you visit too much. Phone service hang up on you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.

Worst customer service. Every time I go to this branch it feels like I am bothering them to be helped. This branch is only a mile from my house and is never busy but I would rather drive to the Orange or Tustin branch for better service. I have been a member of this bank for more than 30 years, and I never have had a problem with the service till going to this branch.

Prominent business center located on La Palma, near Imperial Hwy. Businesses include a credit union, cabinetry business, a church, and a metal works factory. Access is easy and there is a parking structure towards the back for additional parking. The parking lot is well-maintained and proudly displays American flags encircling the roundabout.

Worst service I have ever experienced three tellers standing at their stations all said be right with you as if they were busy. Once one became available, she said the loan rep was busy and told me to go online or call. Well thanks, if I wanted to do that I would have, but I needed to speak to a rep. Im so glad that this is not my home branch.

Joined recently as I wanted to utilize their competitive rates for a car loan. I applied a week in advance of my purchase and did not hear a peep or acknowledgment from them regarding my application. The dealership where I was buying my car agreed to hold it until I got an answer from Wescom. When the dealer finally said they could not hold any longer as they had another party interested in the vehicle, I called Wescom to see if I could get an update.Wescom had not even begun to process my loan app to my surprise and when they did, they wanted me to jump through more hoops that would further delay my purchase...So I went with Chase who processed my app in minutes and gave me a slightly higher rate than wescom, but did not require any b.s. travel to their offices to show pay stubs, etc (i get direct deposit and have 800+ credit). With that benefit gone, I will move my money back to SoFi who pays a high interest rate on savings and checking accounts. (Wescom pays no interest as far as I can tell)

Buying a car is stressful enough, and just when I thought I wouldn't qualify for the car I really want, my agent, Ms. Kayla Rubio and Wescom came through for me and made my purchase happen! Kayla helped me get an even better rate than what other banks were offering me with a fair credit score. I recommend this bank and their customer service is appreciated. Ask for Kayla.

Great customer service here as always. My son's and I have accounts here and my wife finally got one. She will be leaving BofA. Angie's answered all our questions and Nestor made sure we were taken care of.

Been with Wescom for over a decade. Never a problem! Now that they opened on La Palma a visit in person is soooo much easier! Love the staff there. Always helpful!

I've been having trouble whenever I call in to be verified. I don't recall the address (which they need to verify) that it put on file so I was told that I need to visit the branch to change it. I have asked if I could send over alternative options of identification for myself because I really am who I am and I understand the security. I told them I don't feel comfortable going into the branch right now because of the pandemic and it seems like they don't care to make any exceptions. I was told by a representative as well as a supervisor named Britney that the only options I have is either going into the branch or going online to change my address. I forgot my password and a have an old email on file so I cannot get online. so when I called to be identified I can't verify the address and they're making me go into the branch. This is terrible! I am doing my part in social distancing during this time and I'm being told that I need to go into the branch to make a change to my account and there cannot be any exceptions made over the phone. It doesn't seem like they had concern for my safety. I offered to send over my identification and they did not accept that! That's terrible it seems like they don't care! All I want to be able to do is view my account online like any normal member. When I spoke to the representative,I did not even ask to speak with a supervisor So I felt like I was in trouble for asking for help. I hope concern for member grows a little quicker with this credit union during this time.

I've been with WESCOM for more than two decades, I used to feel important but now the service has gone down hill. Our credit scores are always around 800. I transferred the majority of my assets to another credit union and they treat me great. No longer do I recommend WESCOM.
