This place never has the drugs I need for my son. Absolutely the worst pharmacy. A drug store that does not have drugs? This is the third month they have to order his medication because it's not in stock. This is a daily medication and he has to go with out it because they cannot provide drugs. Terrible customer service. Terrible store.

Right next to a "charge by the hour" type of hotel, the folks in the parking lot are sketchy at best, so bring your pepper spray. The sidewalks out front of the entry way are so gross. Crawling with germs, and for me, that's a huge health risk. Then going inside. Masks are optional. They play a recording that says so on the intercom. Seems strange for a pharmacy. I'm having to scurry away from other people in the store, due to lack of masks and social distancing. Last time I was in there, there was a mentally Ill homeless man taking up residence at the back of the store. Had all his stuff set up back there, all over the floor, so he had been there for a while, talking to himself. No one cared. It seems to be the running theme here. No one cares. It shows. So I'll fill you in a little on my last couple days. I was diagnosed with cancer a bit ago, and two days ago, I had a surgical procedure to have a port put into my chest, then yesterday was my first day of treatment. I sat thru 6 1/2 hours of infusion, chemo, Keytruda, steroids, fluids galore. Then after that, I got my first dose of radiation. I was at drs appts from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm. After that, I had to pick up meds, and get some biotene. Meaning I had to go inside. I am on total lock down. No work, no shopping at all. I am home all the time now, dr orders, due to covid and my weakened immune system. I try really hard to stay out of stores, but had to get my meds. I grabbed a small squirt bottle of alcohol to sanitize my hands and surfaces in the store, if needed as I grabbed my stuff. Needless to say, I'm not feeling so hot. Surgery, chemo, radiation all within 48 hours will kick your ass. So I get up to the check stand to pay for 3 items. Ensure, a 10$ bottle of mouthwash, and a tiny tube of biotene, smaller and more expensive then the 1.50 bottle of alcohol I got a target in my pocket. So the girl at the reg tells me my total is 28$ so I get the money out and hand it to her. She ignores me. I tossed it in her direction, and apologized, cause I wasn't trying to be the dick that was the throwing money at her, but that's kinda how it ended up looking. I simply can't hold my hand out that long with out it shaking like crazy. I'm weak as all hell. Then she decides to ask my if I paid for that bottle of alcohol in my pocket. (They don't sell these types of squirt alcohol bottles in this store, I checked, cause I wanted to buy some more) I was pretty surprised. I gave her a look that says more than the "yes" answer that followed. I think the look told her she was barking up the wrong tree. She gave some trite have a nice day. And I told her to f$ck off. Sorry. Sometimes the polite thing just wears off, and after a day like I had, getting accused of stealing something from a store that that store does not even sell is just stupid at its finest. I think I was just done for the day. So, yes, I hate a pharmacy that is filthy, crawling with germs inside and out, and filled with jerks. I originally came here cause it's open 24/7, but now that I'm thinkin about it, it's not safe to come here after dark, so I'm sure I'm going to have to switch. Just bad all over. I was there last night, maybe 6-7, (so it's dark out) there were tweekers fixing their trucks and cars in the parking lot. I just don't feel safe here, and I can tell the staff wouldn't have my back. Safe to say, I won't be back

I went to my neighborhood 24 hour walgreens this morning at 330am and the doors were closed i stood outside in the cold and called the store the manager answered and said they were closed until 4 so employee could have lunch break. Maybe im crazy but shouldn't the manager Cover employee register so that employee could have lunch and store not close?? Seems just lazy to me. Very irritating for me and the other people outside needing in.

The staff is very nice, but I ran into way too many issues when transferring my prescription here. Was told it would be ready next day, so when I came by three days later I learned they never even called my pharmacy to transfer the prescription. Had to rush order, was supposed to get a text when it was ready - I didn't get one. Prescription was for 90 day supply, but they would only give me 30 day supply. It was a mess. Will definitely get my medication elsewhere moving forward.

This 5 star review is for the pharmacy tech working today. When my own Walgreens pharmacy wouldn't help me locate the prescription medication that my son needed, the tech from this location, which I've never even been too, called around until she found the inhaler for me at yet a different location. I so appreciate her going the extra mile, calling around, then calling me back with the details. I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but thank you! I plan on using this pharmacy in the future

Honestly all the bad reviews don`t make sense and you can tell that your a Karen. I live right behind Walgreens and me and my grandma go here almost 5 times in a week. They usually have a lot of the stuff we need and its pretty cool. So far the reviews about Ana and Tahn are so over exaggerated I go here weekly and Ana, Tahn, Brittney, Matthew, and Mr. Grooms are literally the best people ever, I get along good with them and I can see that they have a good heart and they really enjoy there job. The only reason why I cant give a five star is because of the homelessness problem that occurs around the store. Parents please be careful if you have kids. Sometimes they are using drugs right in front of the entrance and near the side of the store but overall I love this store and highly recommend it.

Thanh was super rude. I was waiting in line to pick up photos and because I had more then one photo he offered to help the lady behind me without considering my time. I had a baby in the car and was just trying to go in and out aswell. Other lady had 3 photos in her order (same amount as me). Should be more considerate on peoples time. Especially if there's a line

On November 24th, I had a horrible migraine that was building pressure behind my eye. After video chatting with my PCP, she suggested eye drops; the eye drop was supposed to be prescribed, but the pharmacist said they were OTC. Ok, no problem, two weeks later, I am getting three calls that the ye drops are ready with a $0 copay because they are covered. I asked him if we had anything prescription strength, and he said no. The chubby tech also made me wait for the longest. I must add the pharmacist, and the pharmacist was not wearing his mask correctly. I asked the manager Ana, and she said customers must wear it correctly but not employees. The pharmacy manager is Eaindra T. The store manager at the time I went was Anna. I am filing a complaint with the board because this is unacceptable.

Ignorant dumbass restocking the Christmas stuff legit just ignored me when I was asking her for help. Got in front of her and asked again in case she didn't hear me but she kept going about her business. It wasn't till I called her out for her attitude that she decided to respond. Funny huh?

I get that employees can have days that are very overwhelming. As a shift leader you set the mood for the day. You are the one that is supposed to encourage your team, motivate them. Being rude to your employees in front of customers is not ok. Saying "on days like this I want to quit" loud enough for customers to hear is so unprofessional.

The store itself is kinda gross and the customers are mostly hotel tweakers, but the employees are so nice and kind! There were a few nice gals here but specifically Olivia was very personable and a delight to talk with. She knows how to build rapport with ease and I left the store with a smile. Customer service is on point!

This review is for my experience with this sorry excuse of a pharmacy. I've had bad experiences with this pharmacy 4 times in a 2 week span. First one happened on 5/26 when I went to pick up my brother's Zithromax medication. On 5/27 I went to pick up his Ethambutol and Rifampin medication. He was only given 10/60 Ethambutol as well. Long story short when we finally opened the Walgreen's pharmacy packaging on 6/1 we realized we we're missing my brother's Zithromax medication and were given double of his Rifampin. I called and explained the situation to a female pharmacist and she told me with her own words to check if the wrong label was placed on one of the Rifampin bottles and advised me to open the seal to check the contents inside. I did as advised and they were both Rifampin. The pharmacist told me to come on by and they would have my brother's Zithromax prescription ready for pick up. When I get there it's a different story and I was told that we had already picked up the medication and the pharmacist had the nerve to try to argue with me. After exchanging a few choice words I was given my brother's Zithromax medication. Then today 6/5 I went to pick up the remaining portion of my brother's Ethambutol medication. I arrived at the drive through a little before 4:30pm. There was a line of cars and I waited until 5:08pm till it was my turn to be seen at the drive through. When I get there the male pharmacist working at that time told me they were closed. I told him how long i've been waiting in line and one of the Walgreens workers had stopped cars from coming in the drive through 2 cars behind me. He didn't seem to care at all and said that their registers were closed so there was nothing he could do. I told him if they weren't seeing anyone they why in the hell would they have people wait and waste their damn time sitting in line for absolutely no reason if they can't pick up their medication. The line of cars should have been redirected out of line if that was the case. Why have people wait for medication that they need if they can't even get it!!! It's inconsiderate!!! This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My brother was hospitalized for 2 months for a blood transfusion, Pneumonia and heart faliure for christ sakes. You people need to pull your heads out of your asses and learn how to do your jobs. There's people out there who are relying on their medication!!!!

My main complaint is I get bad service here which means I can't access my Walgreens card and effectively my coupons on my phone. It's clean, neat and hardly crowded but sometimes a line to checkout forms out of nowhere. Good amount of transients here but for the most part non-threatening. I've found some great sales and coupon tips from freestufffinder.com and have gotten toilet paper, gum, shampoo conditioner at a deep discount. We're in Corona Virus season and they're actually stocked with a lot of medicine still.

HORRIBLE. The cashiers at the front are okay. The pharmacy techs are asses. I came in to pick up a medication for my son. They said it wasn't ready and to come back in 20 minutes. Fine. Left and came back and they said it wasn't ready and that they were not sure when it would be ready. They said they didn't have it in stock. What I don't understand is why they didn't tell me from the beginning so my sons pediatrician could change the medication or pharmacy before I drove back. They still asked me to call my sons pediatrician AGAIN because they couldn't help. FINE. But why waste my time ? Why not tell me from my first visit that it was not in stock?Terrible service.
