Been coming here for 3 years and they always have the most extensive selection of great quality products. Mak has the best customer service and always hooks it up for loyal customers. He was super respectful and informative of all products in the store, even advises what's recommended to get the highest quality experience with your purchase. Top tier knowledge of each product. As far as shisha the Mak mix is fire, crafted to perfection with just the right individual amount of each flavor. Will never go anywhere else because they have everything you could possibly need and always welcome you with top tier service, putting the customer first always. Best shop in the game.

I was trying to buy and oil battery and I was by myself trying to look at their display case. However there was a really tall guy behind the counter trying to help a woman and her kid. He then stops his conversation with her, and he steps in front of me, in very close proximity, and he said very aggressively "do you need something?" The tone was very aggressive and pointed. It was weird because I think he assumed I was trying to steal something and I think because I'm not Arab, he suspected I was a theIf. I then asked if there were oil batteries and he said they were out (it was a smoke shop that didn't have batteries that burned oil). I will never go here again. If you can't speak Arabic, don't go here.

(Existing customer) I’ll never shop here again due to the poor customer experience. Not satisfied about how they treat their customers. The have no understanding of the reputation. I’ll also inform the entire friends and families not to stop at “World Smoke Shop” anymore.
