I have been a loyal Worldmark owner for 14 years. On May 9th 2023, We visited the Anaheim location and purchased additional credits from Donte who set up a new account and then told us that the new account and our original account would be combined within 40 days of the purchase. Here it is now, January 11, 2024 and I still do not have access to the new credits nor has the new account been combined with my original account. However, Worldmark continues to overcharge me on maintenance fees for the new credits. We were promised that by purchasing the additional credits, we would be eligible to use our Worldmark credits to stay at Air B&B's through Vacasa. As of today, we are still unable to do that, and when I contact client services, no one at Worldmark can give me an answer to this promise.

First off, I am a Worldmark owner, and let me say the general staff is wonderful and so are the accommodations. However I took 2 trips to Anaheim this year.Trip one, we were given the "VIP" treatment. Offered a cabana, snacks, etc. I went to the "1 hour" presentation. They kept me there 4 hours trying to sell me additional points, and made me miss our shuttle for our plans that day. They were quite deceptive in their sales pitch, I signed twice (and learned never to sign anything without a clear understanding of what they are doing). I thought it was for a credit check, but instead they opened 2 new lines of credit in my name, one credit card, one line of credit for Travel Share. I found this out when I got home and a card and statement arrived. 3 Months later, I get notified the bank that held the travel share account was discontinuing the program, and closed it. This made a significant hit on my credit which was near 800 at the time. 2nd trip, I was already upset about the last sales pitch. We were again greeted and offered the "VIP" treatment, up until I said I was not going to another sales pitch. At that moment, all VIP treatment was withdrawn. I have complained about this 3 times to Woldmark, once on their automated review process, once to worldmark directly, and once to the board of directors. I have not once gotten a response. My current plan is to go to every offered sales pitch and tell this story to all present.

I brought my family to Disneyland for my son’s 1st birthday and we had a great experience staying at WorldMark. The staff and facilities were amazing, we always had everything we needed. The property was very well maintained. A gracious thank you to the young man who helped me unload and load our van both times without question!! Look forward to our next trip!Rooms: Spacious and clean. Lots of room made it feel like home.Nearby activities: Disneyland is a quick 5 minute shuttle or 15 minute walk.Walkability: Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.Food & drinks: On site food and drinks always freshly stocked.

Worldmark by Wyndham is a scamming business. They tried to get people to attend the bogus seminar to sell their timeshare business.I attended the bogus seminar at 201 W Katella ave in Anaheim on Saturday 11/11/2023 . They tried to sell their time share and pushed us to buy their time share properties. At the beginning, they promised me to get free 7 days hotel package even we don't buy their time share business. However, they lied to me and my wife. They said to spent 2 hours seminar and get the free 7 days hotel package. However, they gave us nothing after we spent 3 hours over-there. Don't get their empty promises with their scams business. It is waiting your time! I am going to report to Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for their scamming business. Also, I am going to announce in the social medias for their bogus seminar! Don't get trap with their scamming business! I talked with Mona Lisa and Jose over-there! They are worst than car salespeople! They are so pushy to buy their scam business! Wasting your time and scams! I wish their business will bankrupt soon and get sue for their scamming business!

Finally got to take our post-COVID Disneyland trip and stayed here with my friends, who are owners. This location was beautiful & clean, and staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only drawback is that they charge for parking when there is no other options.

I will never stay here again. The timeshare presentation we were talked into going to lasted over 2 hrs and they said max 90 minutes. It was super strange and uncomfortable, they use shady used car salesman tactics and are very rude when they realize you won’t spend tens of thousands of dollars. We were there over 2 hrs it wasted our Disneyland time and ruined my whole morning to be honest. I could hear the 2 girls behind us literally telling the sales girl they felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable and they still kept pressuring them. I actually debating buying into a timeshare before but after this I would laugh at anyone who mentioned it. By far the worst sales experience of my life and I’ve bought a lot of cars and houses.Not worth the gift cards they offer you- refuse in the lobby don’t do it!!

BY FAR THE VERY WORST RESORT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Absolutely do NOT stay here, book here walk-in these doors! I booked this place weeks and weeks in advance paid in full we get there to find out that the resort overbooked themselves and kicked us out of reservation- leaving us legit with no where to go last minute as we were checking in as they told us this news. Again I’ve paid for this stay in full and then I had to not only pay for another place to stay but in a peak Disney season for a place the same day do you even know how expensive that is and I had planned in advance I did all the right things. We stay at WorldMarks ALL over and this has ruined them all not just for me but I definitely am spreading the word to my family and friends as I’ve advised them before to stay at these resorts but NEVER again. Instead of enjoying my Disneyland day once my pregnant daughter called I had to leave the park to help figure out what we could afford so last minute the resort was laughable at how they “assisted” us saying we had been relocated only joke on us we actually weren’t we had to make reservations at another place and pay for the same nights I ALREADY paid for here. Money on Disneyland tickets wasted-money on groceries and I had to pay for another accommodation after this mess. How does a resort even overbook? How does your system allow this? You don’t see how paying for a place and being kicked out of your paid for reservation would ruin someone’s trip/budget for a trip? Everything? They don’t care. DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff wasn’t helpful were rude and they only care about $$$$ which is why they don’t care if they overbook it’s all the money and if they screw you in the process they won’t notice :) SAD EXCUSE for a resort and awful customer service

Your resort is a sad excuse for a place in this industry. You guys kicked out my pregnant sister and disabled gma and had my mom have to leave our disneyland day where we were celebrating her birthday! You overbooked your resort resulting in my family being screwed over and out of a place to stay we booked this resort for many reasons and you didn’t notify us at all until they tried to check in they had groceries and already paid for this resort weeks and weeks in advance. It’s quite disgusting you overbook your resort and screw people out of a place to stay. Shame on you WorldMark!!!! Thanks for ruining our entire Disneyland trip

Pro: The room was perfect. It was huge and more than enough room for our big group (6 adults and 1 toddler) and had a great layout. The pool wasn't super busy and I love that there are different types of pools. A smaller resort than others but had everything we needed and was close to the theme parks.Cons: The lobby acoustics are bad and I feel for the people who have to work in the lobby all day. One of the elevators was under repair and wait times were pretty long. The stairs are easy to find and use but not with a packed stroller and tired 1 yr old.

This hotel is all about selling TIMESHARES to you. They'll offer gifts to you to attend theirs meetings. In addition to that, the rooms don't have blocked out curtains, so be ready not to sleep in. The sun comes in at its fullest.They don't offer conditioning or lotion. They charge for parking 12 dollars per day or more.

We had a reservation 2 months prior to our trip. The day of our check in they canceled our reservation. My pregnant daughter and mother had no where to go! They were rude and didn’t help us at all!!! We bought a weeks worth of groceries prior to checking in and thought we had a kitchen so of course smarter to cook there well had to throw most of it away- we packed as though we had a washer and dryer because in these rooms you have washers and dryers. We didn’t get notified they cancelled our reservation at all. They obviously got someone else to pay a higher rate than we got it for and because it’s all about $$$$ we got F&@:!? DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!! We’ve stayed at sooo many of these resorts and never again!!!!! The front desk lady telling me this was awful! Worst place, worst experience and I was in Disneyland trying to enjoy my actual birthday when my daughter called crying stressing out where we got moved to and I had to leave the park for half the day to try to find a hotel last minute day of in CA by Disneyland talk about expense! You guys screwed us!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! THEY OVER BOOKED THEMSELVES after we booked our room weeks and weeks ago and as we were checking in told us this. No prior contact at all. One person in our family is 80+ years old 1 is very high risk pregnant and 1 was trying to celebrate a birthday in Disneyland and had to leave most of the day to try to help us find somewhere to go. We paid for this stay again weeks in advance and also had to pay for another place try to find somewhere we could afford the same night as booking by Disneyland. This ruined our entire trip and was so stressful and the resort did nothing were not empathetic and are all about the $$$$$. WORST EXPERIENCE ever had with any place we've been. Overbooking with today's technology how is that a thing? You cannot screw people like this. DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY SUCK

Worst experience I’ve had. I have been an owner since 2006. I purchased a package to be in the silver elite status. No when we went for our dealer review meeting, they are saying we need to spend $17,000 dollars to keep our silver elite status. Apparently the new management will not honor existing contracts that have been notarized by their own company. By all means buy into a company that won’t honor their contracts. Unless you have thousands to upgrade all the time. Plus the rooms are all sort of run down. Extra maintenance fees don’t seem to be helping the up keep of the rooms. Don’t buy any points. It’s your mortgage payment so you do you but, they won’t even let your family out of the contract you signed. Buyer be ware!

This is our second time staying here in the last few weeks. My family and I had a great time spending all day at the pool, then barbecued some tomahawks and had dinner on the rooftop. After dinner we spent the rest of the evening enjoying the beautiful views awaiting the fireworks from Disneyland. We are now returning to stay the night for a wedding nearby. We were able to call ahead and ask if there's a possibility if we could check in early. Check in is at 3 and our wedding was at 4 so we were a bit stressed for time. Luckily we spoke to Jordan who let us know that she would try her best. After communicating with housekeeping she got it done. We so appreciate you Jordan for making it happen and accommodating us early. Thank you to housekeeping as well.
