Hardware Express is a local Ace Hardware store that is considered the best one in the area by many customers. The store has a lot packed inside and staff are consistently helpful and knowledgeable, knowing exactly how to assist with projects from paint matching to camper electrical adapters. They are friendly and take time to walk customers to the correct items. The store seems to always have what people need, making it a convenient and frequent stop for new homeowners. Services include propane refills and easy returns and exchanges are standard. Most experiences are great with fast, helpful service at good prices, and the store is even dog-friendly. However, one customer reported an unsatisfactory experience with a manager regarding a damaged product, feeling the customer service was poor in that instance. Despite this, the store remains a beloved and convenient local hardware destination for the community.

As a new home owner I have made frequent trips here lately. Staff is helpful and they seem to always have what I need. I’ve occasionally had to return items and they never have an issue with that, easy returns/exchanges. Great Ace Hardware.

These guys here all know what they are doing and how to help you! There is a lot packed in that store! Still great, another year more help. I love our local ace.
