I needed a storage right away & they helped me immediately. The next week I needed a second storage right away and they again helped me out. They were courteous & helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better storage experience. I strongly recommend them.

This place is is quite the hidden little gem as far as storages go. I really appreciate and respect the owner Diana, as she’s been renting to me for almost a decade now. I have had things come up over the years where a payment wouldn’t process because I’d forgotten to update an expiring credit card, or my account had been frozen for suspected fraudulent activities etc and she’s always been kind and professional, promptly letting me know about the situation and then working w/ me ti resolve it. The rent prices are great as well. I could go on for pages & pages about my many pleasant encounters with Diana (the owner), and the cleanliness of the facility but since time is money, I’ll simply say this is an A++++++++++ small business and I’ll go on to assure you that if you’re short on space and looking for a mini storage facility Balls ferry Mini Storage is definitely the best around here for any and all of your storage needs.
