Kate was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, enthusiastic, and even followed up to make sure I understood the process of signing up for the service. Also clarified what the plan would cost for installation and monthly service as well as what hardware we need to provide. She encouraged me to see if we qualified for an assistance program to save money. Great experience with a great person!

Kate was exemplary going above and beyond the normal sign up process. She was very helpful and stayed in contact with me while she was researching the address I gave her which turned out to be wrong. So she had to do it over again. She was so nice.

I am a new “customer” for Com Pair. I use the quotes because my install has not a yet been completed and so my comments refer only to the pre-sale process.Needless to say I was very impressed by the Com Pair internet plans, their pricing and the installation services as explained to me by my company associate, Kate.Kate responded to all of my email questions and then suggested we talk by phone to cover the smaller details related to becoming a Com Pair customer.Kate was extremely knowledgeable about their programs and she took the time to make certain that I thoroughly understood the pros and cons of each step before moving to the next topic. I could not be happier with Kate - she did a fabulous job. Thank you.

I am super satisfied with Com Pair because the person on the phone was really polite and helpful and walked me through the things I didn't understand with grace. I thunk her name was Kate. And the guy who came to check if we were able to get service was awesome as well. I'm sad that I couldn't get service because of the trees in my area.

First of all I would like to say Kate as been Awesome to work with, she has been very helpful for being informative before installing the system. My installation is next week so I can't really give a review for the function of the Com-Pair service at this time, I will when it's installed. From other reviews and personally talking to people that have Com-pair, I believe I will be happy as I have very little cell phone and internet service right now.
