I been calling since 7:30am and no answer. Says it’s close. Online, clearly says it’s open from 7:30am to 5:00pm
They definitely need to get it together. Maybe a new Clinic Manager is what they need. Awful service when I go. Always in a hurry to get you in and out. ??

“I've been with this practice since 2015/2016. Almost a decade. I've never once had any issues. My doctor listens, orders things when I need them, sends in my RXs on the same day, returns calls very fast. Faster then I even expect. When I hear stories of other places, I feel so lucky to have such a great place and doctor to come to.”
“I just had same day surgery at SRMC, yes it’s a bit dated but it’s clean and equipped well. But their staff, from the reception area to finance, to pre/op, to recovery was excellent. Help-full, knowledgeable, friendly, took the time to interact and even laughed at my husbands jokes. Luckily we have a choice here in Redding. I’ll definitely choose them again necessary.”
“I've been going here since I was pretty much born an I have not complaints about the doctors. They do their jobs well along with the nurses (my fav). But over the years the reception desk has drastically changed. Trying to get appt or anything is like pulling teeth sometimes. I understand covid changed a whole lot of functions an I can excuse it to a degree but I do miss the staff that no longer is there.”
