I heard about this place through an ad on the radio talking about an upcoming sale. I have been wanting to get a multi-cordless tool pack and happened to be nearby, so I dropped in this morning around 9. Business was very slow, and I was the only shopper or one of two shoppers in there. There were at least 3 workers--one of whom walked by me in the same aisle twice while I was trying to figure out the differences between battery packs and didn't say a word. No offer of help--didn't even acknowledge my existence. I was ignored by all the employees chatting up front when I walked in and identically ignored as I walked out. While I generally prefer to give my business to small, local businesses, this is one place that obviously doesn't want it.

1st time I've ever been in this business and boy oh boy do they ever have a full inventory of "stuff". From gloves to heat-shrink to Tee shirts to about every quality power and hand tool. A guy's dream store. I am not qualified to guess at pricing so no clue about reviewing that one. I think this is a great place to find whatever tool you need for about any job. Plus, I was asked if I needed any help...that's almost a thing of the past and now greatly appreciated

I put in an online order with Fasteners. They told me they received my order and then notified me that a tracking number was originated. I never received my order. I had to notify e-bay about this, finally Fasteners sent me my money back, I told them that I still wanted my order. Why would a company lie about a shipment. I will never buy anything from Fasteners.

This place is now and always has been amazing. For a tool junkie like myself my wife and I agree our advice is, do not go there without proper adult supervision!
