“The line was long when I arrived but the employees on duty were very fast and professional. I even saw an employee take the time to help an elderly customer ensure they had the correct address for their package and that it was labeled correctly in a very timely manner. I did not see the employees name but it was a female and the elderly gentleman was very appreciative. I have some elderly family in the area and when I see things like that it means a lot to me. This store stood out in my mind.”
“I went today to mail my fingerprints with a FedEx shipping label. I was waiting in line then a customer service agent, Luka, came to assist me so I don't have to wait in line. Luka took care to put separate sheets of papers between my fingerprints cards. He also placed card boards to sandwich the papers inside so they don't get bent and damaged. I was like were do you find such a great service in an American store anymore? Luka made my day today. I'm quite happy with his professionalism and diligence. He is definitely a 5 stars person. I enjoy doing business with FedEx.”
