“My husband and I have looked for affordable and reliable trucks for quite a while . We have dealt with some good to great people in our truck buying experience. Coming to advanced autos was a positive and productive experience . Kurtis was exceptional in finding our truck that will meet our needs for our horse ranch. He listened to our concerns and desires in finding a truck. He was realistic in giving information about the truck. We realize that buying a used truck is risky and he tried to provide us with safe and solid warranty’s to ease that risk . He definitely had the knowledge about diesels and years of strong workmanship with the engines and agreed with the years that were not as strong. Kurtis was personable and a answered all our questions and provide amazing service right down to the last photo with the truck and especially the handshake which means a great deal to us ! Thank you Kurtis !”

“Excellent service! Tory was excellent as usual, and gave me hope we could get the rig back on a few days, but I accepted OK if we didnt as it was towed in from Dunsmuir. Tory was able to fix the items, called me by 1200pm the following day and we were all set A+ service well worth the price we picked up the Expedition the next day and runs like brand new. Thank you”

“I had an excellent experience, Eric is honest and will work with you to get the car you need. Drove it for four years and only did regular maintenance. I bought it for $4200 and sold it for $3000. Great experience, highly recommend. Be patient though, Eric runs the show there so you might have to sit down and wait a minute.”

“Brian did a outstanding job working with us and explaining the 2005 Honda CRV we test drove. Brian was very good on showing past ownership and maintenance records. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, he just wanted the car to be a good fit for us. Ultimately, we didn't get the car, not due to anything other than we just had to many other projects we had to complete on our house. The car was in outstanding condition and priced very fair. We were very pleased with our experience at Yannello's and plan on returning as soon as our financial situation is more stable.”

“Purchased car in April 2024. Everyone was very friendly. While test driving the car, the ABS warning light came on. West Coast took it to an auto shop to have it fixed. Love the car and was pleased with the outcome. I do want to add ALWAY to buy the extended warranty. After having the car for a month, I took it in to have an over diagnostics of the car. Turns out it had many issues, and it was covered by the warranty. I am happy to have made the extra purchase, and now, almost everything is repaired. Again, when purchasing a used vehicle, protect yourself with a warranty. Best decision I made. I just picked up my car from being fixed, and it now has a new transmission and rear shock. When I took the car in for repair, the dealer service department had already recorded the issues from the previous owner. It was in the system and then was sold to west coast auto then to me. I was upset that it was not disclosed at the time of purchase. With that being said, maybe they did not know of the issues???.... I would have done a 5 star for the company. My experience with them was great. I just wanted to add for all who are looking that I am very happy with my decision and even more happy with the warranty.”
