Two other locations had told me they couldn’t fix the frame, which my cat had knocked off the wall, breaking the glass inside and damaging the frame itself. Barb, however, assured me she could handle it. I was incredibly impressed with her skill and creativity in repairing the frame, as well as her one-day turnaround. She even replaced the glass to protect the antique rustic photo inside, exceeding my expectations.”
