This review is not for the pharmacy as a whole but one pharmacist. This is the second time I’ve picked up a prescription that called for a consultation and she was called and she breezed by, hit something on the register and left. Both times they were new medications. I honestly don’t know how I feel about getting medication here when I’m getting this kind of treatment from a pharmacist that I’m supposed to trust.

I had my prescriptions transferred to this store 3 weeks ago. A number of them had refills, yet their app shows “no medications”. I’ve called the store 6 times and each time the person told me that everything was taken care of. I even contacted the former pharmacy to make sure my meds were transferred. I’m unable to refill anything! How many calls does it take to get this taken care of? Contacting corporate is a waste of time. I need help please! I hope somebody in charge reads this.

With Rite Aid shutting down everyone is transferring their prescriptions over to this store. No one picks up the phone, no one returns calls, refills and new prescriptions are taking days. I had one new prescription take a week to get filled so I had to wait to start it. Not good. If you want to get answers you have to physically go to the store. Lines are 20 deep and the medications are all over the place - on the floor, stacked all over. It's a wonder they can find your meds! I needed an immunization and was told to make an appt. Made an appt and it was abruptly canceled the morning I was headed to get it. Now they tell me they don't have it. If you are going to take in the influx of new customers, hire more people and pharmacists. No one should have to wait days or weeks to get their much needed medications - it puts people at serious risk.

Ounce I come in CVS Pharmacy with monkeypox vaccine appointment, I am so furious , devastated the appointment by CVS Pharmacists mention monkeypox vaccine isn’t available . I inquire when monkeypox vaccine is avialable although Pharmacist says “ I don’t know” .
What worst experience I have gone through is when I verify my all records of COVID vaccines in 2022 after she wants to know if I like taking COVID Moderna, she states COVID. vaccine 2024 /2025 is out of stock.
What obnoxious pharmacy is ! I will never come back there anymore.

Pharmacy is probably the worst I've ever dealt with. Wild to me how inconsistent the operating hours are...open back up at 2pm like what is this an evening steak house?

If I could give a no star I would. Needed help with a face moisturizer... no one showed up after pushing the button twice, the staff was one aisle over and refused to help. Settled on a different brand. Went to get beer and very few stocked. Get to the register and there's a bell for service... ring and she took her time getting near the register. Stopped to ask ME IF IT WAS MY BAG BY THE DOOR.... I replied not mine. Then she asked if I knew who's bag it was...? How would I know if it's not mine?! She Was more concerned with the bag than seeing to me, the customer at the register. Personality of of a door stop. I go to put the beer in the cooler and 3 are sealed and EMPTY! WTH?! Save your money and go to Angels Liquor.
