Had a URI (Upper Repistory Infection) tried to make an appointment and they said their Drs. Are all old so they dont accept any chest/lung ailments. Ive been calling them for 2 days because I have an ear infection and I need Amoxacilan and they havent returned my calls so now I have to go to the ER 30 min away when their building is around the corner from my house which is why I picked them.

Prompt & friendly service haven't waited in a line for awhile now and they get u right in but don't be more than 15 min late I don't care how good your excuse is u will have to come another day...

They won’t sign a request for a biopsy from Sonora Radiology. The hospital has called 2 days in a row. I called and was put on hold for over an hour. I checked their website and they closed the office without helping me or approving the request and no one came back on the phone to let me know. So unprofessional & frustrating. I have no idea if I can keep my morning appointment in Sonora.

I came in without an appointment on Saturday, due to dizziness and experiencing vertigo. They were very caring and were able to see me within just a few minutes. After seeing the doctor, and thinking I had something in my ear, I was diagnosed with Vertigo. Dr. Laura Keller performed and showed me an exercise to do at home for the next several days. After she performed these exercises I felt much better. She spent a lot of time explaining the causes, cures, and future issues I should be aware of.I felt very cared for. They were all very professional, and accommodating. This is not my first visit to James Dalton Medical Center. Living in our rural area, I feel secure and confident I can get the care needed having this facility and their staff close by. Thank you all for your compassion, understanding and treatment. So apparently they can force you to go through withdrawals from a medication (that's been prescribed for years) without giving you a notice. This establishment shouldn't say they "care" because it's clear they don't when you see ALL the complaints from people in our community. I would NOT recommend ANY "doctor's" here ESPECIALLY NOT SAMONI!!!

My experience with Dignity Health, and the James Dalton clinic have all been extremely problematic. Unpleasant, unprofessional and unskilled would be the beginning of how I would have to explain my experiences with this Health system. Notice I left out the care.

I was extremely happy with my service at this facility. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurses and medical staff who assisted me during my annual check up. So glad to have this facility in my back yard! Thank you!

Prior to my highly anticipated vacation, I asked Dr. Ragolski for a shot in my very painful foot. He spent time locating the best place for the injection as my foot is filled with hardware. It has been nearly three weeks and my foot has been pain free. He is concerned and caring.

I called to schedule an appointment and was on hold for at least 10 minutes. Then suddenly, a different recording came on and said to call back. The phone then hung up on me. I called back and on hold again. Very frustrating!

I love Star Hilderbrand. She genuinely cares for her patients, and listens to any concerns. She even follows up with a home phone call. The facility was nice, nice staff, no complaints.
