There is a new and very helpful Pharmacist. The staff is fantastic and I am always greeted and treated excellent. The Pharmacist has been quite helpful and very professional and really tries and helps to figure out ways and different alternatives so I am able to receive all my medicines. The staff and the Pharmacist are surely great.

I understand times have changed but I never thought I would be spending my birthday at rite aid trying to get a Covid booster and flu shot. I tried to make an appointment for both me and my daughter and it wouldn’t let me. I called two different locations one did not allow walk-ins and the other one did an after explaining the speed bumps I kept hitting I was told by the staff to just come in with my daughter. I get there an hour and a half later, and I am told they’re too busy for walkins come back around two.

Went in with my gf and the made her comeback to wait for very important medicine after we came back for the 3rd time, we asked if it was able to be transfered yet? He told us to wait in the line which we waited for 30 minutes and when we got to the front of the line he had the guts to say "no I havent called the other store yet, good bye.

They keep a skeleton crew and customers suffer. I can't stand dealing with this place. Their only saving grace is the inexpensive ice cream that helps my daughter feel better about taking medication.

Rarely are my medications ready on time. I live 30 mins away and it is extremely frustrating to not have your medication ready calling it in 2 days prior. My doctor called in a prescription for pain and an antibiotic for a severe infection today and when I arrived it was not ready. I was told I had to come back in 3 hours and that the pharmacist was not available. So here I sit, in pain waiting. Ridiculous! Won’t ever use Rite Aid again.

I have been trying to get a a prescription filled for over a week now. Worst customer service ever, I waited at the pharmacy one day for 10 minutes without ever being greeted. I have been on hold now for 40 + minutes without them even answering the phone to say they will be putting me on hold. To say the least worst experience ever.

Make an appointment for Covid vaccines. They state that walk-ins are welcome between certain hours. But, you cannot rely on it. My husband and I were turned away a few weeks ago and there was no one else waiting at the pharmacy counter. My son was turned away today even though he arrived early.

refuse to anwser phone then put on hold for 25 mins. was told scrips were ready drove 25 miles and was told not ready. what is going on.

The pharmacy could communicate better. I call to find out if they cover the VA Rx they said yes come in. I drive from 15 miles to be told "oh no we dont cover Va, I can refer you to the next window and the tech can explain it further. It might be easier to call you Doctor and have them re-do it elsewhere."

I can never get a hold of the people at this joke of a pharmacy. Took 4 visits and five faxes to get my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy. I had 2 phones in my hands. One on hold for over half an hour while the other just rang and rang and rang for over 45 minutes. They never answered, i hung up. They should just shut that place down. They are causing more harm than good.

Very rude in In pharmacy. Didn’t answer their phone for over two hours, then called was put on hold for over 25 minutes. Call back from the house phone finally got through. This is been going on for years!!! Worst customer service ever, they need more help. Hopefully corporate headquarters reads this.takes days to get a Prescription what a joke.
