These guys have gone over and above and I really appreciate the help they have provided me recently, as well as over the long term. Living in a rural area we really depend on UPS, and for a giant company, they know how to provide small-town service (if you can get through the corporate maze and reach someone locally)

They're supposed to deliver my packages inside the gate they've been doing that for the past 10 years with no issues. They delivered a package outside my gate took a picture of it then picked it back up. Now the package is missing. Something definitely shady going on and they will not help me in any way or form. They only paid a small part of the loss. When I call UPS it goes to a call center and I can't get anyone to help me. I've reached out to social media and they try to get people to call me from another country. They will not let me talk to a supervisor.UPS used to be the best and they were pretty good about paying claims if something happened which was fairly rare. I don't know what's changed but now it seems like they're losing lots of packages. Customer service is pretty much non-existent now nobody can help me at any of the locations. I lost about $650. Because they used a different driver.

Ups used to be be a good company. Now they just don't care. If you call them it goes to a call center and they can't seem to help you. They lie and tell you one thing and then do another. They lost a 750 package that they admitted it was there fault. Picture on tracking shows it in wrong spot but only paid 120.

Today is 12/26/2023. I ordered a Honey Baked Ham and paid extra delivery charge for it to be delivered on 12/22/2023. Nope! Still no ham. I checked the tracking # and UPS says they do not have an apartment number so they cannot deliver it. I DO NOT live in an apartment. I live in a house/single dwelling for over 20 years! Being in the digital age, UPS could have looked is up easily. If and when they deliver it, do you think it I’m going to accept it? I want my money back!

I would have given it five stars except for the fact that they are only open 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

I expected an important delivery on Friday 6/16/23. The USP website said it would be delivered by 7pm. I ordered the items on Tuesday 6/13/23 and paid extra money for 2 day delivery. However, once again, UPS in Angels Camp has failed to deliver as they promised on their website. The tracking number showed delivery day and time but it was incorrect. Multiple times this has happened and when I reach out to staff and managers, they are not helpful at all. I have encouraged businesses to stop using UPS due to the many delivery problems I have experienced. There is no fault to the drivers as they are overworked and give exceptional service.NOW UPS SAYS MY ORDER WAS LOST EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TO ANGELS CAMP TODAY! UPS ANGELS CAMP PROVIDES VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND USE USPS WHICH I HAVE RARELY HAD PROBLEMS WITH.

Well it turned out pretty good when I was done. First off don't go there if you don't have a Bank card or a credit card because they don't accept cash or checks there. Just so happened I was waiting to get my new card and had cash and check with me thinking that would work.? hell no it didn't.anyway I could go on for days until I finish the story but I'm not going to drag it out I want up getting my packages so all-in-all the customer service was great and it was just they don't accept cash or check

We are attempting to receive a package. Although the system accepted our address for shipping, after the expected delivery date our tracking shows a "problem." I spent a long time calling UPS and actually getting to speak to a representative (who has no business being in customer service) only to find out that our address was not acceptable. At this point, I have to drive to a UPS store an hour away to pick up my package, which was time sensitive, and now will get here too late. Oh and by the way, they are only open from 11:30-1:00!

Fantastic! The gal who helped me was so nice and honest and even made sure that my package label was reprinted due to poor ink quality.

There is one driver who leaves my packages in the baking sun on a concete culvert covered with brambles outside my gate. Contents are heat damaged. The driver cannot seem to drive the 200ft to my house. Others deliver to house and put in shade.

Driver always pulls up to your house with the UPS truck's stereo thumping. Somebody needs to remind these drivers how to respect the people they're delivering packages to. My disabled mother who just fell asleep after she hadn't slept all night doesn't want to be woken up by your obnoxious music.

I would give 0 if I could. I always have problems with delivery from UPS. Either they refuse to deliver my package and claim it's an "incorrect address" or "there were problems" which consist of some dogs barking at them if they walk up to the fence. And if they do decide they want to deliver, they either put the box outside the fence despite the fact that we have a box *on* said fence that says it is for packages, or they throw it across the fence and allow the dogs to rip it apart. Just awful. If I had a choice I'd never use it again but unfortunately my Amazon packages frequently use UPS.
