I've been to this branch twice now and both times I was treated like I was an inconvenience to them! Both times the bank was not busy and they had me waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes!! Both the ladies at the desks helping people were just chit chatting most of the time! I'm trying to close my grandmother's trust account and this bank has been hell to deal with! What should be a straightforward process, is anything but!! I lost my grandmother and dealing with this bank has been like pouring salt on my wound!

After 5 calls and one hour of there customer service, I just hung up with a bad headache, I mean you can explain what happened 6 times but more?

After some hesitation, I opened an account online yesterday. Had to make a trip into the branch today to deposit a fairly large check, and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and painless it all went! The teller (I believe her name was Emily) was very personable & as helpful as she could be. I'm fairly certain I made the right choice by choosing US Bank

Needed a single paper notarized so I could get a copy of our marriage certificate. They don't do that unless you belong to their bank. Luckily I found that the UPS store does it. To bad it cost more in gas to get there than what they charged me. Kinda ironic I can use their ATM for a 3.00 charge, but turned away for another service that would have cost a minimum of 15.00.

I am so upset that I ever got involved with these criminals. They have been holding $5,000+ of my money hostage since December and even though the bank manager can help me, he refused. Stay FAR FAR away from these people.

Probably one of the slowest banks I’ve ever been too. Drive thru is always a 20+ minute wait. Always seems to be one car in front of me and the cashiers just toot along.

I have all of my accounts with U.S. Bank. I used to manage a U.S. Branch a while ago. I went into The branch in Angels Camp Ca. to get some signatures notarized. She started to fill out the copy and stopped to say I had to fill out a page that was designated for an SEC rep to fill out. I tried to explain to her I don't fill that part out. Sh called over the manager and he agreed with her. However, She said another teller would come t my house to notarized the copies for a fee. AND I could use the same paperwork????? I let the bank and got a notary to do this and it cost me $90.00 to get my signatures notarized. As a former U.S. Branch Manager I would never have treated a customer the war I was treated. The staff, however, is great.

called 10 times to discuss problem with bank manager. unable to talk with any live person. I am aware they have telephones in the bank.

Great experience in the actual bank itself but getting through on a phone line is nearly impossible :( ugh.
