This Rite Aid was the only convenience store open after 8pm and I had needed two things: 1) water and 2) contact lens case. Although the contact lens case was more expensive than I thought it should be, they carried both items and I was in and out of there within 10 minutes.

Make an appointment for Covid vaccines. They state that walk-ins are welcome between certain hours. But, you cannot rely on it. My husband and I were turned away a few weeks ago and there was no one else waiting at the pharmacy counter. My son was turned away today even though he arrived early.

Ok so they haven't given us the wrong pills sending us to the ER for an EKG like CVS, did but they do have the SLOWEST pharmacy ever. Also they will put you on hold for 20 minutes + until you just give up trying to call ahead to make sure your meds are filled before you stand in their very slow moving line just to be told it won't be ready until the next day despite it being called in days prior. So ya know, risk vs. benefits.

Son used the Rite Aid website to order refills on Monday. Called the store on Weds before making the trip and could not reach a human, no matter which option I chose- just an endless loop recording. Went in today, Thursday morning and they were not ready. There was only one pharmacist and one clerk working- no pharmacy tech. Said they would be ready in 2 hours. Came back in 3.5 hours later and they were still not ready and she couldn't even tell me when they might be. I talked to the very nice manager, but it's not his fault that Rite Aid is not staffing the pharmacy adequately. He gave me the customer service number for Rite Aid 800-748-3243 and I called them, but I don't need the pharmacy manager to call me- I need the prescriptions for my son. He'll be out of pills tomorrow. It's not fair to put so much pressure on so few employees who are doing all they can. It could lead to medication mistakes.

This pharmacy repeatedly critiques the medications my doctors prescribe me. Not only that they do not refill when they say they will, you get to the store and your meds are not ready. I constantly hear people having the same and other issues. I am disabled it's very hard for me to get in there and to have me making repeated trips to the pharmacy. Also when I get a prescription for over 5 years and then they have been out the last 2 months even though my prescription has been in their hands for 3 days and I got a text saying that it would be ready on the 14th then I call on 14th and oh they are out. I get meds I cannot run out of. It's a damn shame I would not recommend Rite Aid pharmacy to anyone. Especially if you need your meds go to CVS - I hear they are excellent.

Horrible customer service. Refuses to help customers. This store just needs to be closed for good.

Standing in line AGAIN to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be filled 3 hours ago. Stood in line the first time to be told it wasn't ready. I asked if I could wait for it, and was told I could, and that it MIGHT be ready in 15-20 minutes. Eventually my last name was called to return to the pharmacy. I tried asking if my prescription was filled (before I stood in line again for no reason), but was told I had to just wait in line to find out, although the line had approximately 10 people in it. While waiting, I chatted with the woman in front of me who was waiting in line for the THIRD time. Yesterday I was here to to pick up a prescription that was called in several days before, and STILL had to wait while it was filled. Time to look into mail order pharmacies, because I never want to come back here again!

Store very clean, friendly staff & pharmacy, I'm hoping the negative reviews were from issues long ago and now rectified. I was most surprised seeing "Thrifty Ice Cream" - talk about a blast from the past!! Although their cones aren't 25 cents a scoop anymore - it's nice to know where I can still get a scoop of nostalgia when the urge hits me.

This is my go-to store for all everyday household products and most personal care items. I have been a "Gold" status wellness member for many years, so I receive a 20% discount on most items (except alcohol, lottery, prescriptions, etc.), even on top of any coupons I may have. CVS on the other hand, not only has higher prices, but only honors coupons if the items are at regular price, not on sale items. Rite Aid often has 30% off sale for two days also! Staff here is accommodating and friendly. Cleanliness and orderliness of the store has improved greatly over the past year or so.

My husband and I come here all the time for our prescriptions and ALWAYS have some kind of an issue with refills. He takes medication on a regular basis. Last refill they left out 5 pills for some reason. So he had to refill to complete his next dose of 8 pills. He went in the day after he ordered the refill and was told that they carried those pills over to the next prescription renewal. Which makes no sense. He told them he would miss this week's dose but the pharmacist did not care and told him to call in the refill again and wait for Monday for his doctor to approve the refill. They are always rude and don't care to help and never offer a valid reason for what they do. Don't go here if you need your medication because you most likely won't get it.

I read so many negative reviews about this Rite Aide but their pharmacy was wonderful. They filled an emergency prescription for me, and they were very friendly and professional.
