We had a tough time trying to buy a home due to investment companies out bidding us most of the time, but Joe and his team never gave up on us. He is a great guy not only to work with, but he is very active in the local community. He is a coach for Yucaipa High School and a youth paster in Beaumont. “It was my first time in Big Bear so I decided to stop in here. First time going to an American Legion as well. Everyone was so welcoming! Very friendly and kind people. I had the pleasure to hang out with them for 2 days. Would def come back just for the hospitality!”
“This place is truly beautiful. We had perfectly clear skies, perfect for looking at the stars. The grounds were clean and truly beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly, even down to the office administration.The services were fun and the band was phenomenal. Very talented individuals who love Jesus in a way that radiates off of them.The camp food wasn't camp food quality. Chef Rob was a giant hit with our kids and the adult leaders really appreciated "bologna" day ?They offer alot of support for both the students and the adult leadership team. Thank you Camp Pondo ❤️”

Rooms and restrooms clean and in very good working conditions.

“Not much inventory cause they are bookstore and donation center and recently (that i know of) started selling merchandise. It's kinda small so doesn't have the same capacity but they still do the color day, which is cool.”
“I have been a Chamber Member for many years now. The Chamber has always helped me with my business. I own pampered pets. It's hard being a business in Big Bear City. They have been going beyond to help bear city look amazing. new planters and now new plans for painting murals on buildings.
I love my town and appreciate every this this amazing organization and there amazing people do for it.”

“Amazing cabins and community. We have been coming here for t1d camps every summer and winter ever since we learned about them.
Melanie, jessica, rocky , ryan. They are all wonderful compassionate human beings that open up their arms for the kids and family. My kiddo loves it here and this is her home away from home and family that is extended from our family.
Keep up the great work and thank you so much for this community and what you guys are doing.
This campground has bb gun, archery range, climbing wall, swimming pool, clean cabins, nice and lovely hike trailz, wonderful dining area and cool play lodge with tons of games, medical center, and event center.
