“This warehouse delivers. If you have done your homework you will find the treasure deals. For instance the faucets were priced lower at Lowe's but the tile flooring was substantially lower priced here. Well worth a visit if you're remodeling!”

“They give military discounts. They often have the stuff the other two big stores don't have. It's easy to find someone to help you there. I ordered a custom exterior door. You never know what they will have on clearance there. Today they had a skill radial arm saw for a hundred and fifty bucks . That's like 100 off.”

He answered all my questions and even brought a box out from the warehouse to look at. The reception person was also super helpful (sorry I forgot her name!). “Honestly, everything went exactly like it should've, even when it didn't. From the Beginning Don was extremely helpful from sharing knowledge to helping me exactly what door I needed, to even exploring other options. He was very responsive by both email and phone. The gal at the front desk was nice and informative. When we had issues with the manufacture and supply time Brett kept me informed the entire time with almost weekly check in/ updates on the status. Just supper pumped to have a good experience and it was really nice to have so much follow up and pick up the slack of the manufacturers error. Would highly recommended!”

Malcom in the lumber center went out of his way to be helpful and courteous to us despite our need to rush things along. “Home Depot close to home!! Yay!! Coming here for (nearly) all of our home improvement needs. Staff is friendly, helpful, and this place is surprisingly CLEAN! Another Home Depot I recall had huge rats running around the aisles.. pretty nasty. Didn't see anything like that in this location. Selection is vast, just as you'd expect your local Home Depot to be. Great deals all the time, just depends on what you need and when you need it. Parking has always been manageable every time we've returned. Surrounding area, as you can imagine, is safe and environment is great for family. Just don't let your toddlers go running around or they could get seriously hurt! Glad this Home Depot is close to home. Will be stopping by often, for sure.”

“We had a terrific experience with Glenn today at this store location, we had preciously places and large online order of blocks which never got a delivery scheduled (though the lady I spoke with before placing the order said yeah no Problem Monday is 5 days a week we can get it there by then).. we were able to track them down to this store, it was .com that made the error not this site, as there seems to be a shortage in semi drivers, but Glenn and his fellow co workers worke”

“That place is misleading they sell you stuff there but when it's time to go get parts for it they don't have them you got to call the company where you receive the stuff that you had got from there that place is a big rip-off the parts don't even match for what you're trying to match is a big hoax their employees or not skilled enough and they don't know what they're talkin about or what they're looking for when you try to ask for the manager they gave you a big run around and that's misleading on the American people??????”

“I am very happy with Home Depot on Truxel. They are always very helpful. Especially Eddie at the customer service desk. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there is usually no help on the floor except the flooring department. The employee that is usually in the flooring department is always greeting with a warm smile and is very helpful.”

“Only time I'll ever write a review. Purchased a washing machine during a move and the hose was damaged while moving. After going through a whole week and a half redeal trying to find a replacement hose, and being told by staff at Lowes to visit an external webiste which did not help, I revisited Lowes while I was about to give up and asked for and explained all the options I had exausted. Luckly I talked with their employee John in the appliances section and he was not only able to understand the frustration I was feeling about this part and the run a round I was getting, but was able to assist me in securing the part I needed. I really appreciate Jonh, dude did me a major solid and saved my night. I wish I was able to by him a beer, but instead I hope this review finds it's way to management so he can be recognized. Also, three of these stars are for John, one for all of the successful shopping I've done there, and I took one away for all the employees who told me to look somewhere else.”
“Always love shopping the garden section. Plants are my feel good. But this also my go to for fixing supply's for the house. Appliances as well. We use our military discount which helps save us some money. Great company.”

I do like this place.
Yeah they miss some quality and get spotty and very generic,
But if you are starting getting stuff done with your hands, this is a great place to start with.
Now,
To all the pros out there,
Don’t you think I have not considered your needs too,
And I can assure this specific location
Is very spotty and generic, and overall corporate driven,
And yet has most of the stuff you need for a quick job.
People are great and why not, you can bring your dog in for a stroll in this heated summers of ours.
When your tool box makes shallow,

“Had a horrible experience at Home Depot in Carmichael off Madison. Should have stayed loyal since we've been coming to Lowes since we bought our house 3 years ago. We've had to make multiple online pickup orders, returns, and exchanges through the last few years during our projects and never had a single issue. We make one order at Home Depot and it's been non-stop issue after issue (if you want to see that drama, see my review for the Carmichael location). They employees here are friendlier and more knowledgable about what they sell. We shared laughs at the paint counter over our shade debocle and they not once seemed annoyed with us continously coming back.”
