“They give military discounts. They often have the stuff the other two big stores don't have. It's easy to find someone to help you there. I ordered a custom exterior door. You never know what they will have on clearance there. Today they had a skill radial arm saw for a hundred and fifty bucks . That's like 100 off.”
“I cannot speak highly enough about Vitex and their work! They have incredible customer service and reasonable prices. We worked with Daniel and Igor to renovate our primary bathroom. It was our first remodel as first-time homeowners, and Daniel was so patient with all my questions and helped explain the process throughout. Igor's work was impeccable--the attention to detail was astounding and I'm so happy with how everything turned out! We're excited to go back to them when we're ready for our other bathroom and kitchen renovations!”
“That place is misleading they sell you stuff there but when it's time to go get parts for it they don't have them you got to call the company where you receive the stuff that you had got from there that place is a big rip-off the parts don't even match for what you're trying to match is a big hoax their employees or not skilled enough and they don't know what they're talkin about or what they're looking for when you try to ask for the manager they gave you a big run around and that's misleading on the American people??????”

“First off... they were super helpful!!!!! Honor the sale price for my wood! Then top it off I left my New Wallet in the basket and either the person who brings in the carts found it or a Good Samaritan either way it was returned back to me with everything in it!!!! Not everyone is honest and I appreciate whoever did!!!! Maybe I just might get that Home Depot card now... I will definitely be recommending and coming here more!!!! She didn't give me attitude at all, and I heard her directing other people kindly at the same time that she took care of me. As far as home depot's return process, it could use some work....”
“My frequent visits to Home Depot have always been productive, thanks to their extensive inventory and knowledgeable staff. I've found everything I needed and the employees' expertise has been invaluable. However, during busy periods, there were instances where some items were out of stock or long lines at the checkout, which could be slightly frustrating. Overall, it's my go-to place for all household items.”

“We had a terrific experience with Glenn today at this store location, we had preciously places and large online order of blocks which never got a delivery scheduled (though the lady I spoke with before placing the order said yeah no Problem Monday is 5 days a week we can get it there by then).. we were able to track them down to this store, it was .com that made the error not this site, as there seems to be a shortage in semi drivers, but Glenn and his fellow co workers worke”
“Went the other day to look for some wasp spray and garden ideas. Hubby just had surgery so he was using a cane. As we were leaving, he noticed us and not only asked to help me load our car the large bricks, he came over and told my husband that he was happy to do it. “Today on March 20 I came to the Home Depot by my house. I came looking for a baseboard for my door and I had no idea on what I was looking for exactly or how to find the right piece for my door. “i'm honestly flabbergasted looking at the rest of these reviews because i had the COMPLETE opposite experience?? it's my first time working on a mural so i was nervous to ask for advice and i was worried they'd coerce me into overspending - but that wasn't a problem here at all! the employees in the paint section were infinitely patient with me, helping me find the best deals, and alleviated all the stress i accumulated from visiting home depot's closer to me. i cannot express how grateful i am for their hard work and kindness!!”

“Only time I'll ever write a review. Purchased a washing machine during a move and the hose was damaged while moving. After going through a whole week and a half redeal trying to find a replacement hose, and being told by staff at Lowes to visit an external webiste which did not help, I revisited Lowes while I was about to give up and asked for and explained all the options I had exausted. Luckly I talked with their employee John in the appliances section and he was not only able to understand the frustration I was feeling about this part and the run a round I was getting, but was able to assist me in securing the part I needed. I really appreciate Jonh, dude did me a major solid and saved my night. I wish I was able to by him a beer, but instead I hope this review finds it's way to management so he can be recognized. Also, three of these stars are for John, one for all of the successful shopping I've done there, and I took one away for all the employees who told me to look somewhere else.”
“I went in looking of an item I really had no knowledge about, and I was sent to Thomas Schubin. And not only did he help me with that item he helped me find the exact product my granddaughter was looking for an art project. He even gave her a discount because of the school paper we had. We were ever so thankful. But as great as that was it was even better because he was kind and smiled the whole time he was helping us. He is one big reason we will be coming back to your store.”
“I just bought my first home and blinds were number one on my list. I've been searching and searching for blind installations and they were just a tad bit too pricy, so My partner and I decided to try and do it ourselves. We were very nervous to mess up and or get the wrong size blinds. Today we stopped by Home Depot on Truxel and saw this young lady cutting away on blinds so we decided to ask her for help. Well let me tell you we are glad we did!!!! Sasha was amazing on helping us with the measurements we brought and helped cut our blinds PERFECTLY! Thank you Sasha for the amazing service we will be returning to you for the rest of our windows.”
