Lol The female in there cut me off while talking as if she was over it. Asked me what another store told me, I guess to make sure she wasn't under charging me and when I asked why would that matter, she told me she wasn't answering that and hung up. Shut this place down already.
And don't respond with your CLEARLY generated bs response. I guess you all think everyone are fools.

SCAMMERS! AVOID AT ALL COST! The worst customer service. My elderly uncle with broken English went in to buy a new phone & told them he wanted a samsung. They sold him a TCL. I told him to go return it cause he thought it was a samsung. He went less than 24 hrs later to return & per their own receipt that they provide & their website he has 14 days to make a return as long as everything is in its original state. They would not take the phone back. They are scammers taking advantage of the elderly.

The gentleman who waited on my grandson and myself worked quickly and efficiently. Heβs only been there for two months. A great help was having difficulty using the metro card. Very satisfied customers. ππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ

What a joke of a store and people. Don't waste your time. They REFUSED to sell me a phone because they only had 4 and I wasn't buying any accessories and they told me they aren't making any profit. SERIOUSLY? Complaints filed. Tom was one of the men in there i believe. He told me no. Told me to go to best buy and get a phone. JOKE.JOKE.JOKE.

This Metro by T-Mobile at Elverta and Walerga was a good experience. They actually had the phone I wanted, (unlike a few other metro stores).
The employees are knowledgeable. When I got my new phone the setup was quick.
(Though I did have to pay more because I didn't want a new number, I don't understand that policy style from T-mo/Metro on porting.)
And I would have to minus a half star for being signed up for an additional plan service addon without being asked (of which it can be found in the mymetro app usually) , though all phone retailers seem to pull that these days.
Otherwise a very good experience.

Spectacular service reps really know what there talking about. the heavyset guy Hector is great he was in the middle of training someone when he helped me everything went perfect I switched over to metro and the team here they are wonderful ?

Such a great experience. Victor helped me and did such a great job getting my new phone. Hector the manager is great he got involved and really helped me get a bang for my buck I love this office and will always be back here!

I don't know who I was talking to about 1 month ago, but I was told Metro PCS no longer does transaction and other phone service changes at the store and must be done outside store such as via phone call. About 3 weeks later, I visited the Sunrise location for a different reason and the man working there was very helpful. I asked him if this is true and he explained that they still do changes at the store and whoever I was talking to must have been trying to avoid doing some work. Not sure how true any of this is, but it is my experience. In conclusion, I would avoid this store like the plague. Don't do business with liars or apparent crooks.
