I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at this location until now. I took my dog to get groomed (everyone there is nice). But OMG the tech did a horrific job. I understand my dog is a wiggle worm, but everyone else has done a great job. Her lashes were cut off you can see where she has some razor burn on top of her head. I had to ask them to fix the sloppy job they did on her face/head area. For what PetCo charges this was unacceptable.

Everything is dirty and cluttered. Really bad condition and I would be hesitant to buy any pets or products from here.

Thank you Fish expert Jenna at this location! She took the time to help me with my betta issue and after all her knowledge and information.... my betta is no longer struggling!!! Babyface is swimming all around and eating again! Thank you Jenna!!!!

Store is unfortunately not in good shape. Dirty, improperly stocked, hard to access items in aisles.
Go to another store.

I have checked back three times in the last week to buy Hills sensitive stomach canned food. I need to buy them by the case as I am feeding 2 dogs. Everytime they tell me there is a shipment coming in in a few days. It never comes. I keep going somewhere else and I guess I need to do that permanently.

3/21/25... I did not want to give 1 star. I took my 7 month old pup in for a nail and buff trim. Haley the groomer checked my dog in . When she got their slip knot lease to go around her neck my dog snarled a little and backed up. She was scared! Haley said I Need to get a more experience person. The other lady comes out, my dog is still afraid. I get the leash around her neck. (The slip knot) . She ask myself and daughter to step out so the dog will go inside better. I go pay for the nail trim and buff. I turn to watch through the window and HALEY is strangling to get my 55 lb puppy on the high up table. She finally did get her up. My dog is scared. I guess she turned on the buffer tool. ( HALEY IS TELLING ME THIS AFTERWARDS) MY DOG with the leash hook to her and the pole. A very short leash. My dog falls off the high up table and is hanging in mid air choking . Feet not toughing floor , while 2 groomers stand there looking at her choking and doing nothing at first. Haley did not know we saw the entire fall happen! I was upset and mad. Haley comes out and says OH YOU WILL NEED TO BRING HER BACK FOR A TRIM ANOTHER DAY. LIKE HELL I WILL! SHE acted like no big deal. She has scared my pup now on getting a nail trim . When my son went in a few min later to speak to the manager, he talk to the groomer and she lied. The manager said it DID NOT HAPPEN , I DID NOT SEE IT HAPPEN THEREFORE IT DID NOT HAPPEN. YOU GOT A REFUND FOR YOUR DOG FALLING OFF THE TABLE! But he said it did not happen. He knew it happened. I told Haley you almost killed my dog. Who stands there and watches a dog hanging and struggling. Worse store ever.

I came here in April to get my yorkies groomed and they were scalped down to where the bones in they’re spine where showing I see they took down my review I still cry when I look at my fur babies this is not right I feel discriminated against by James I am building a case and no management has gotten in touch with me like they said the groomer should not have a license this location is not ok at all I’m very disappointed unsatisfactory at its best just disgusting

Your average Petco where the pets go! Friendly employees, sometimes the hamster bedding smell just gets to me. I have a sensitive nose.
