I like this store but lately there is always a couple in the parking lot panhandling while playing loud organ-like music. The guy tries to make eye contact with everyone in the parking lot, driving or not with a creepy smile on his face. I wish security would get rid of them!

I love my Antelope Bel Air Pharmacy. I needed a prescription filled today and they were going to have to order it as they were out of stock. They checked the Raleys on I-80 and Antelope for me and they were also out so they called around and found it available at the Bel Air on Cirby and Sunrise in Roseville. I asked them to hang tight so I could check with the Rite Aid by my house. Well, I was on hold at Rite Aid for 30 minutes without a human answering ... sigh, not surprised. So I called Bel Air back in Antelope and asked them to send to the Bel Air in Roseville. Long story short ... the Bel air in Roseville texted me 5 minutes later that the medication was ready! Essentially, they texted me and I drove there to pick it up in less time then I sat on hold with Rite Aid! Thank you Bel Air Pharmacy in Antelope and Roseville for the great service! You guys are the best!

Had changed my pharmacy to this one so I didn't have to deal with issues I was having with rite aid. I sent my gf to pick up my prescription pain killers and the pharmacist told her to "switch back to riteaid because we don't have the capacity". First time using them and they are telling us we should go back to where we were when it wasn't working? This isn't the bel air I grew up knowing.

The managers are so moody, rude or unfit to run this place...so sad. As a regular customer, I have witnessed them micro-managing their employees or look like they hate their job. I keep coming back because of the fresh produce, meats and the courtesy clerks are usually so kind and helpful to my car. Unfortunately, the good ones typically don't stick around. :-( Maybe Corporate needs to be more proactive, hire managers who know how to act professionally and train them on how to retain good staff. SMH

A huge shout out to your male produce employee (unfortunately I did not get his name) who noticed my 12 year old daughter wondering what in the world a lemon grass was and took one and cut it open for her and let her and I smell it today and told her how it is used in cooking. While she is out of school during these uncertain times, what a refreshing treat to get some education from our local grocery store!!! So very awesome!!!

Rebecca the pharmacy tech is terrible. Rude, unprofessional, and gets off on making patients wait. She is the entire reason our family and friends won't be going here anymore. She leaves rude messages and has no bedside manner. Wrong career Rebecca! I will also be filing a formal complain with pharmacy board. On a positive note, at least the manager of raleys (not pharmacy) Jason, understood she is acting unacceptably. Hopefully he takes care of it like he said he would. UPDATE: As you can see, your employee i was writing about thought my review was "funny" what a great business you're running raleys!
