The Employee is Very rude, poor Customer Service and since she refused to share her name/considering her badge turned over on shirt, (real cute) guess I’ll have to describe her instead! She is the heavy set “Caucasian” lady that literally lays across the the counter in a bent over fashion (at least every time I have came in the store) she’s she talks at other employees as though she is above the law and makes all rules, she won’t lift a finger to help anyone and her way of trying to another employee from the back is excessive yelling across the whole store! She has ignored me when asking her a question regarding propane! I’ve been refused propane services on 2 occasion because her exact words “I don’t do propane, hell no I ain’t stupid,!
I’ve lived in the area for over 15 years and seen several changes take place at this location however this is by far the worst yet! They have a couple new people let’s see how things go….
Until then take your chances when visiting all I can say is ⛔️Caution⛔️

This Karen gave me such an bad attitude, I had winning lotto tickets and gave to her, she says "you didn't check in back" with a rude tone, I had no clue there's a lotto check in the back.I was going buy her some tampons from my winning lottery ticket because she smells like fishy dry blood.

Went to buy propane and was told she had to help 1 customer. 5 customers later she still wasn't coming to help so I told her to forget helping me and took my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service at this location. Recommend going elsewhere

Don’t waste your money on car wash, the wash facility is so old and dirty, I felt like my car got more dirty after the wash.

Stopped for gas. At the pump I was asked if I wanted a car wash?. Sure why not I can use one. So why did they make the touch screen for the car wash way above your average car? I'm in a Honda sedan. The car in front of me was an SUV and they even had a hard time reaching the screen.

Terrible costumer service. Myself and 3 others waited in line for 10 mins while 2 employees were making coffee and emptying trash. One behind the counter doing paperwork. When I asked How much longer is it going to be Their response was I have to finish my paperwork and then clock out and then switch registers and then let somebody clock in. They weren't even nice about it they had an attitude like we were somehow inconveniencing them by coming there to get gas. 25 minutes later I left without gas or cigarettes. I'm never going there again.
