Erica has been nothing short of awesome! I was on call with Verizon customer care for over 3 hours trying to solve an issue I had with my line so I decided to visit the store and get some help. Erica (the general manager) showed true professionalism and was quick to tackle my problem. Within 5 minutes I was already out the store and couldn’t have been happier! She is truly knowledgeable, professional, quick on her feet and got great customer service! Thank you Erica you truly saved my day. Best VZ store I have visited no doubt about it

They will just lie to your face to make a couple extra bucks. Leo in specific is a total jerk. Talks to you like your 5, thinks he’s much smarter than you, when in reality is hollow headed. has no respect for anyone. Outright lied about a promotion. Will just add random stuff you don’t want and won’t tell you. Scum business practice. Avoid this location in specific.

The people who helped me were the store manager Erica, and the sales person Mohammed. They were extremely kind and very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained things very well. It was a very positive experience for me. I highly recommend this store.

Natasha and Erica made the switch over from att to Verizon an excellent experience. they where very Profesional and courteous. handled all issues transferring numbers and equipment. Will recommend them to everyone.

My parents went to this location for help with their tablet/phones some months ago perhaps even a year. While there the individual helping them added services to our account without authorization. I called Verizon and they removed the charges. I told my parents never to go to this location again however this has also happened at two other locations in the Sacramento area and I am at the point where we will be switching phone service. Not only did they not authorize it but Im the account manager and am supposed to be notified but that didnt happen. I will be leaving a review for the other locations as well and contacting BBB. My parents are in their 70s and this is fraudulent behavior. We have been with Verizon for like 20+ years. After a google search this appears to be very common which is why after the 3rd location did it I felt the need to come review here as well since this isnt an isolated incident. While all our charges have been made right this behavior is still unacceptable.

Everything seems to be fine, we arrived, we were given numbers, we paid a fee, I activate and for the package itself, a couple of months passed, they paid for the package and the fee came out to be $ 47, for this month I counted $ 64, and the next month again 47, I do not pay for what $ 64
