Verizon store was actually more helpful and knowledgeable about their products and plans vs. Over the phone. Leo helped us alot with setting up our phones and tablets.

we went to Verizon thinking it was going to be more $ than my current plan based on the website but the agent had a lot of discounts I had no idea about by looking at the website and she made it super easy for us to switch carriers.

The Verizon store is the worst! The management is condescending, tries to bait and switch products lines with you, is rude to the elderly and most of all to handicapped patrons or customers. To be rude to an elderly handicapped person is sad beyond ethical standards and should be criminal. If this is the standard of management for the Verizon company, they should be put out of business or fined! RUN!

Horrible customer service. We were clearly standing here in line waiting, and the worker walked over to someone else who came 20-30 minutes after us and took them and now we are stuck here even longer. Not to mention, the workers cant seem to multi task. When they had a customer just waiting on something on their phone, we were completely ignore.

Francisco was the best representative that I have ever talked too.. he helped me with everything… he was so patient and kind I was scared about the process switching from metro but he made it so easy.. thanks for my perfect amazing phone!!! You Rock!!

Just finished up with Francisco porting my AT&T work phone to Verizon. I was dreading this - my past Verizon store experiences were pretty bad.Francisco made it quick and painless. That boy needs a raise!I am disappointed that Verizon actually charges $25 for a store visit. That’s pretty greedy Verizon. Shame on you

The employee Natasha, when I bought a phone and a new line, did not tell me about an additional one-time fee of $256 when I asked her several times for payment. The manager heard the whole conversation and Natasha asked her several times, she also said yes, the next fee will be in 30 days, $123 . When I came to the store the next day, Natasha was not there and the manager could not explain anything. They just tricked me. Very bad service

The worst Verizon I’ve ever stepped into, Verizon already sucks but coming to this location will give you a run for your money. Not only do they never answer, or help with you questions, they can NEVER resolve anything. I’ve been trying to get my shipping label so I can send in my old phone & I’ve been hung up on, I’ve been ignored IN store and still never helped. Save your time and money and just go to T-Mobile!! Canceling my phone line as soon as humanly possible.

Jack, you are an absolute wizard...6/5 but it only let me put 5 stars.Ordered the new iPhone 15 online through Verizon and received it today. I was switching from Xfinity Mobile (horrible) and knew I had to call to give my transfer PIN so that my number could be switched over to my new iPhone.I call around 4PM, a gentleman tries to help me and after about 4 minutes I get disconnected. 20 minutes goes by no call back nothing. I call again, this time a lady named Melissa helps me and takes me all the way to where she hits the "magic" button that is going to port my number over from Xfinity and to verizon, she lets me know that it will disconnect our phone call as my old device won't work any longer and I will be able to turn on my iPhone. Line disconnects, turn on iPhone, nothing. Now I have no service on either phone. I Download the textfree app, call Verizon back, now its after 7PM so I get helpers not located in the united states (never fun) that just waste my time, culminating in "oops looks like you're going to have to go in.I lookup my local Verizon store, head straight down, walk in and Jack helps me. Very informed on the process, well spoken, and straight to the point. I think I was there for maybe 10 minutes? And Jack had my phone working, ready to go. Give this man a raise and the pre-fix "wizard" on his name tag, he deserves it, trust me.

Well I'll give it to the young buck trying to sell me on a plan he gave it the old hard core attempt. Unfortunately I wasn't there for a new phone company I just needed some assistance with a service they don't provide and when they weren't able to help me they tried to sell me, which cool I get it you got to handle business but at least solve my problem and build that rapport with me first before you go all in. 3 stars because they started off ok but couldn't help me (which I don't blame them) but I could see if I wasn't there to spend money I was wasting time.

It was fun.....It was both personal and professional.I got what I wanted both with materials and tech support.I will be back. I have purchased 2 phones and equipment, was pleased so no reason to go anywhere else.
