Exactly what we wanted, been getting cakes from Walmart bakery for awhile. First time trying the cupcake cake and it worked out perfectly. The birthday boy was very happy with it.

Without any problem I can work for shipping and delivery from this Walmart. I like it 👌 specifically the employees they are always help me.

Terrible since they took out self checkout. What used to take 5 minutes now can take 30 minutes or more to simply buy things.

0/10 Too ma car in for a simple oil change, guys tried selling the most expensive oil saying the other won't work when it would. Also the wait was ridiculous

A huge selection of goods, a huge department with Christmas decorations. The halls are clean, everything is folded neatly. Quality fresh fruits and vegetables. A variety of goods with finished products.

Absolute and total INCOMPETENCE from every level of staff. EVERYTHING is locked up and good luck trying to get assistance with anything. GARBAGE. No manager on the floor. They were "in a meeting".

They got rid of their self-checkouts. The lines are really slow and the workers take their time. Wanted to get something quick but had to wait in line for at least 10 mins. Not really happy with their change

I love walmarts app for grocery pick up. They are online for the most part with my order. This location is a little busy with drive up pick up order.

Roman in Baking - Sugar - Flour isle as a stocker. I was having the hardest time finding about 16 items. He was the only one EVER here at this location to ever help me like that. ProProvided such great customer service

This Walmart frequently overcharges for Romaine lettuce compared to the displayed price. I have been overcharged so many times, I decided to take a photo today and showed it to the cashier who STILL refused to honor the displayed price. This is actually AGAINST THE LAW (per BPC 12024. 2). Just a big FYI to everyone to carefully look at what you're being charged.

I have one name for you all........SARINA! Please, please, please hire more employee's like Sarina on the night shift. If you are the manager responsible for hiring Sarina, then kudos to you too! She is a force to be reckoned with. I visit your store quite often as I work and live in the immediate area. Every time I see Sarina, she is smiling and helping somebody out. Whether it be a customer or a fellow co-worker, she is taking charge like a leader and showing phenomenal Supervisor qualities. If she has not yet been promoted to a Supervisor....then consider this your sign! The first night I encountered Sarina was about a two weeks ago. I came in to get some things for my bicycle that I was in need of. I take good care of my bike as it is my means of getting to work since the distance is just out of what I am willing to walk lol. I was there to get a bike lock and some other things. I literally stood at the bicycle cage or theft proof case or whatever it's call for about 25 minutes total. Pushing the button an absurd amount of times trying to get someone's attention to come assist me. Unfortunately nobody ever responded. (side note: I have had to get other bicycle related items from this "bicycle accessories dungeon of a black-hole security shelving" since then and still have not successfully got assistance after pushing that damn red button over and over. Might wanna check that out...?) Either way I was about to entirely leave the store all together. I must have had some type of face at that moment because Sarina, picking up the vibe of an unhappy customer reached out to me. I don't remember her exact words, but it was to make sure I got everything I needed. Once she opened up that door I let her know exactly what was on my mind at that time. From employees not understanding English to the laziest employees I have ever seen anywhere, I would give the level of customer support provided by the majority of the p/m/ shift about a 10%. You all can do better when going through the hiring/interviewing process. MORE SARINA'S. So in a nutshell Sarina helped me with EVERY single issue I had and answered all of my questions. By the time I was leaving she had completely changed my mood from unhappy and disgusted...to overall happy and satisfied. She is a natural leader and I notice that when she speaks, people listen....people as in other employees. If there is a way to create a mandatory Customer Support training course for all new employees to attend, I would strongly suggest creating that course and have Sarina train them. Brought my car here for an oil change, and now my car doesn't run an hour after getting it home.... No prior issues with the car. Supposed to be leaving on a trip, car is packed.... And now I might have to get a whole rental while dealing with whatever the issue is. Even if it's a dead battery, the location of my battery is in the floor under the passenger seat. Not an easy fix. Will NEVER bring any vehicle again.

Customer service is a horrible experience and not really a clean store. Self checkout is chaos. They have a lot of employees that really don't do much than point and stand.

Not a Walmart fan. Every o e of them are dirty, staff sucks, rude, no eye contact. They don't want me there as much as I do t want to be there.

I am only reviewing the automotive part of this Walmart. We take our car here for oil changes often. I am so tired of them not having enough staff on to handle the business on the weekends. We only can come on Saturdays and everytime we are the 2nd or 3rd car there. It takes FOREVER to get our oil changed and every visit they say only one guy is on duty. Come on Wally World! Do better than that
