Cayla my gym trainer is Awesome and has so much patience and she understands my body with all of my aches and pains. Work in Progress!!! 24hr fitness has really helped me so much this year 2025!!!

I started my fitness journey here in 2021 and have been coming here ever since. The management are welcoming especially Ali. You can have long conversations with these guys. The weights and equipment are cleaned daily so you don’t have to worry about excessive germs. The community also does their part in cleaning up after themselves. I recommend 24hr fitness to anyone who decides to sign up. Cool thing is, your membership allows you to go to any other 24hr fitness.

A 24 hour fitness that doesn’t stay open 24 hours is false advertising. At least tell people when they sign up at this location because they are no hours signs anywhere on the door.

Great neighborhood gym but closing at 8pm on weekends is RIDICULOUS... this gym used to be 24 hours. Closing at 10pm on weekdays is also insane... the gym is still full at 9:45pm! This doesn't make sense as a business decision anymore - the demand is there and your competitors are picking up the slack. The Planet Fitness 5 minutes down the road is 24 hours - and it's not even part of their name! Please fix this - it's time.

I recently had a truly unpleasant experience at 24 Hour Fitness. The state of the bathrooms was utterly appalling. Not only did the urinals refuse to flush, but they were also surrounded by a revolting pool of urine that never seemed to diminish. And if that wasn't bad enough, using them meant enduring a disgusting splashback of other people's waste. The toilets weren't any better, with an uncleanliness that made me question if they were ever sanitized. Additionally, the steam room seemed more like a haven for filth, as people waltzed in with their dirty shoes and fully clothed, completely disregarding any notion of hygiene. As if that weren't bad enough, the workout machines were covered in a thick layer of dust, suggesting they hadn't seen a cleaning cloth in ages. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance left me thoroughly disgusted and unwilling to ever return.

Worst gym I’ve ever been to. I only joined because it is close and has a pool. There always seems to be a band aid in the pool. NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!. Dirty, it seems like they never clean it. One light in the men’s locker room had literally been out for over a year. I stretch in the same area and see the same dust bunnies there for weeks at a time. It smells like decay. Many better gyms out there!

Music is way to loud for no reason. It’s so uncomfortable unnecessary everyone has headphones I should not be hearing the music over my headphones.

This new location is by Macy's & Starbucks. Crowded. --- Old 2017/18 review:
PERMANENTLY CLOSED. They do have a brand new location in town that is fantastic. The new location is where I expected to be routed !:-( I guess SOMEONE had to report this place as Non-Existant though.
Google: Take a Hint from Yelp: add an option for Quickly and Easily Reporting a Permanently Closed Business.
This is the SECOND business Today I was routed to that does NOT exist !
The first was a Starbucks in Richmond. I could not find a way to report that one.
