This family owned business has been open for almost 20+ years. I’ve never had any problems with any of the employees there. They provide really good customer service and is a good store for a quick pick up snack or drink. All these negative comments reflect these negative customers themselves.

Why is this store never open late night but claim to be 24 hours the doors are always locked like right now It’s almost like the store clerk has gone to the back and went to sleep. I’ve watched at least five people come to this door and I waited just to see what would happen but yeah no clerk hardly ever on the late night. If you want to sleep stay at home other than that get someone is going to be up to work 7-Eleven is losing money right now. Late night Easter Sunday can’t even get a pack of cigarettes and a Dr Pepper and some cranberry juice cause you in the back nappin. lol do better

I went here to buy lottery tickets. The woman clerk was VERY rude as I went to the counter as she was actually rolling her eyes like I am wasting her time BEFORE I even said a word!?! It was like she hated her life. I usually never play, so I was not sure if I needed to fill up a paper or quick picks and which one was playing today. So I was starting to ask her a question and she just pointed to the back of the store where slips were located. Ooookay... I came back to the counter after and no one was behind me in line. She left me hanging at one point to talk on the phone right in the middle of my transaction after she THREW the slip at me saying it was rejected ( forgot one more number for that one ticket I figured out later after I left and rest were quick picks). She didn't tell me why it was rejected when I asked and ignored me going to the other side of the counter talking on the phone. So obviously she did not want my business so I just left without anything. I went to another store and bought tickets there and that 7-11 was much nicer clerks who were helpful. So many one or two star reviews, which shows you how terrible the service is in this particular store! Note this particular store is also dirty and messy-dusty like your hands feel dirty after touching things esp in the drinks/ICEE area.

. My experiences have actually been with the same person, as I stop in at the same time, so she is the only person I can speak on. Please beware and be mindful of what you're being charged when dealing with the young lady that works around 12noon. On multiple occasions she has tried to overcharge me on store specials and argue that she was correct even when the special advertised price is pointed out to her. When she realizes that I was not going to "roll over" she catches major attitude. I really can't see someone being that clueless working in a position dealing with money so I'm inclined to believe she is trying to get over and cheat the customer.

Every time I've come to this location, the clerk is either outside smoking or at the register and on a phone call. The store is not clean, neat and often find outdated products.
