Today I went to AAA to renew my DMV tags at the Antioch office. Both the greeter and the person who took care of my DMV renewal were great: friendly, knowledgeable, and they made my visit very pleasant. Wonderful experience because it's such a hot day, and their reception was so comfortable - and practically no waiting time.

Using the AAA phone app, tow truck was sent to Brentwood in southern California:
My older Saturn SUV broke down in the left lane of Lone Tree by the In and Out Burger late on Sunday morning. I found that in the future, I need to speak to a person to arrange towing. Using the app, on my phone, they sent the tow truck to Brentwood in southern California - there was no way that I could find in my anxious condition to figure out how to put in our zip code. The police officer arrived quickly, and he contacted AAA for me. Once the tow truck got there, the driver was very efficient, quick, and removed my car from amongst all the late Sunday morning traffic to a local auto repair business.

AAA member for 25yrs and the local phone number dumps calls directly into the corporate phone tree. No option to connect to a branch. Thanks for making members first!

25 + yrs as a premier member, and still sucks and get sucky service. Even the Towing takes longer than calling Onstar from my car.

Wow, Really you have to wait In a Very Long Line and there Are No Public Bathrooms? Really? Then, if you leave, they take your name off of the list. So, that when you come back, from Using the restroom, you have to start all over again. AND WAIT! Shaking My Head! I Guess I'll Just Have to wait, DON'T WANT TO START ALL OVER AGAIN!
