Came in was a little uneasy about going to dealership. I've heard the stories on how bad dealership came be. But when I came there they treated me with respect and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want listed to me and my wife and we left with a car. Give them a shot! Had a great experience with Antioch RAM yesterday when I took my 2022 RAM Limited Lonestar in for some warranty work. The Service writer Chris was very in tune to my concerns and worked with the techs to find a blocked drain in the sun roof that was causing a leak. Chris followed up with a phone call letting me know what the problem was and had the truck ready for pick up when he told me it would be. Looks like there new crew is turning things around restoring my faith in them after a not so good experience a year ago.

As a veteran who has a friends in the car business I showed themThe vet issue and even they were disgusted with this kind of treatment. Now that says something when even people from dealerships say WTH.I swear I ran this directly by the person who sold my sister a car a few weeks ago and the saleswoman which is amazing showed it to her GM (both the daughters review and both videos and was told if that was someone in their their dealership they’d be fired and black listed from any dealership they knew.How soon will it be before these people realize this isn’t right.Won’t even get into the 2 (alleged .. I have to put that in here ) straw buyer demon 170s that supposedly the GM and the business manager ordered but found out they couldn’t afford … after the fact …….hmmm

This place exploits and takes advantage of the elderly. This lot stole 22000.00 from my Vietnam veteran father and to prove it I went in on a roos---They had the exact same Jeep on thier lot that my father bought there... so I looked up carmeros for sale that were the same car my dad used as his trade in, and i wrote down the VIN. Then I jumped in thr car and took a trip to the Amtioch Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram lot to " buy our new jeep"And at this point I would like to apologize to Reggie, the sales person who ended up involved in this debacle, I'm sorry for wasting his time, and i will say he was very nice-So we found the Jeep checked it out for a few minutes and went in to discuss the details of this sale.After 20 minutes, the finance manager was involved and the manager on duty, Tim, was involved, they were pissed that the VIN of the camero was not registered to my name and they couldn't understand how that could be the case. But they had confirmed exactly what it was that it appeared. Without revealing our intentions we told them we still had some numbers to work and that We would be in touch. With that mews Tim began to get hostile so we exited the building.What I learned was that if I were to use the same camero that my dad used to purchase the same jeep that my dad purchased, after taxes titling, and registration, I would get a 2000 dollars back from the lot in the form of a check from the transaction . Quite a deal!☆☆☆No where near the 22000.00 it cost my father to do the same deal. ☆☆☆My boyfriend who was with me on this recon. mission began recording the audio from the minute we sat down at the desk with Reggie. The entire event us on audio record.Proof that this place is corrupt, makes unlawful deals, having deplorable ethics and lacks all sense of community victimizing the weak and elderly.And I have the proof.....

Just bought a new truck from Matt, couldn't ask for a nicer and more professional salesman. It was a quick turnover and with the help of Tim and the finance team we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be back to buy another car from them.

If you need service to be done in your car DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALER. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.We took our truck there 3 TIMES due to a clunking noise that needed to be checked, each time they said something new to be fixed, charging us (stealing) more and more money and THEY NEVER FIXED IT, that clunking noise is still there.They quoted another service (the 4th) because the other attempts were not successful but they charged, the new services is waaaaaay more expensive than other shops, other shop quoted us 500 dollars, Antioch dodge 2300!!!!THIS IS INSANE!!Costumer services sucks!!! They never answer the phone and take too much time to deliver your car back.PLEASE, DONT COME TO THIS GREEDY DEALERSHIP.

Nice service guys working there, but it seems they are understaffed and unable to care for customers properly and accordingly.They’ve had our car for a week now with few updates. I’m handicapped and need my ride back asap. Hopefully I get a call back soon if they’re letting me know the warranty issue is covered and resolving our car’s issues.

I took my jeep in to get serviced and had the pleasure of Chris being my service advisor. He was very pleasant and patient with me and went out of his way to speed up my service due to me having work soon. Overall my customer experience was great and Chris was absolutely excellent.

I was working down the street and from Sacramento. My truck needed to just have the battery tested and maybe a new battery. They needed it all day and couldn't even find a few minutes to throw a diagnostic on it real quick. I went across the street to O'Reilly and they not only helped me diagnose and found out it was the alternator, and they had one in stock and had a referral for someone to install it for me. I called for price from dodge/ram and the part and the labor was almost triple the price. I understand being busy, but read each customer. I was willing to pay whatever price as I was out of town. I can see why you're reviews are so low. Ram 1500 2017. Original owner.

I wasn't going to say anything but Dodge is literally Robbing people blind they sold my wife a 2018 Honda accord with 90k miles for 30k insane let's do the numbers brand new the accord cost about 25k so how is it worth more with 90k on a s*** 1.5l they really manipulated her and robbed her never will I do business with them ever again bluebook is 18kTalked to my mother who purchased an 80k keep from here as well and she said they marked the jeep up +5k and when she traded it in for a newer model they sold her one that didn't hold a charge my family has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at this dealer ship and there just here to rip people off Mom recently purchased a new jeep and a last call charger but she went to concord dodge instead and got a better deal and service GO TO CONCORD DODGE Dodge really out here selling cars with 100k miles for more than the same vehicle cost new and this is there response mind you my family purchased 7 New vehicles from this same dealership never again

I bought this big beautiful truck from this dealership with a lift kit that they installed, took it in for service there was a broken shock and a weld connected to the differential. That's broken and they're telling me it's going to cost 7K to replace and my extended warranty is not cover and this because it was due to the aftermarket lift kit, FYI I bought the truck lifted from this dealershipDo not go there. They are crooks and will try to steal your money. They are very unprofessional and to Mike the manager you should get retrained on your customer service and stop trying to belittle people with your choice of words.
