I bought a 2001 Lexus ES300 these people are terrible they will take you for your money especially the guys named Moe car I got is in the shop right now since I was young I wouldn't go that I would go somewhere else

Sam & Moe are two of the most truthful, stand up guys Iï¸ know. I've been to a couple different lots but theirs is by FAR the most friendly & has the best customer service. They do anything & everything they can to help you finance a car. I'll DEFINITELY be back soon to lease another vehicle

Sam and Moe are great salesmen, they made the deal go really smooth making the car buying process very easy for me. It was a great experience purchasing my 2006 Honda Accord through these guys and will recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle from them. Mo and his Brother are the ultimate customer service package !!! I went home with a beautiful Lexus SUV with a beautiful deal on top of it. Mo wasted no time making the process on point at all times (even in the rain !!!) Mo worked WITH me to insure a healthy comfortable rate to fit my budget.......Not much more I can say after that but................Anyone looking for a vehicle, You might want to make a trip to see Mo and see what he has to offer. I'm positive, you will be greatly impressed !!!!

Unfortunately I had high hopes for a small time mom and pop business...Such a disappointment my sister bought a over priced vehicle from this company, may I add DOESNT NOT HAVE A DEALERS LICENSE SINCE 2012 just found out this little tidbit of information from DMV! This "Dealer" which he so likes to refer to himself as charges $400.00 a month on a 2000 Toyota with high milages. When you are close to making final payments he repo your car...Please Dont go to this person with your buisness unless you want to loose your car and Money. May Karma be swift and heavy handed.

Horrible ..... Rip off.... Money hungry .. Dishonest Scam Artist.. Bought a car from Kai Engine blew 3 months later.... Charged 2000 for an engine that he had no proof of purchase... No receipt... Went 3 months without a vehicle. Months later I decided I didn't want to deal with Diablo.. Bought a new car stopped on my payments, they stole my car drove it to Richmond.. It got towed .. Then he decides to sew me. do not waste your time going to this place.. They sold me a lemon.. Rather walk then do business with these crooks....

I was driving home from Costco one afternoon and I saw the most darling Volvo XC70 wagon in the car lot. I had been looking and decided to inquire. The price was fantastic, possibly due to the salvage title. The owner was upfront on the salvage title and also had photos of damage prior to repair. Bottom line, salvage title is not the death of a car. I got a beautiful car, low, low price and it is running very well. Thank you, Thank you. This was last year, I've since been back for regular service work, fair price, no games. I even had Paul Pick me up at my Business and bring me to the dealership to retrieve my car after being worked on. Why the review now? I wanted to give it some time to make sure my car was the real deal. It's running great...We always hear the bad reviews and like to spread the good review where its due. Thank you again.

If I could use negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Purchased a car from here in Jan. good prices. Was bought and paid for. Kai, the owner, is SLOW. Didn't receive our license plate & registration til March. Wouldn't answer his phone, not available, excuse after excuse. You have been warned. Wished I would of looked this up before hand.

Horrible horrible horrible. I actually rented a U haul here and left something in the truck. I called him at least 25 times and he will not answer the phone. He finally answered one time after I let it ring for over 5 minutes and he said he would "call me right back". Never received a call. This is the most ridiculous joke of a business I have ever seen!
