Closing my account tomorrow! BMO will be the downfall for Bank of the West's old customers. BMO locked me out of my online access, and after hours with their "customer service", and giving every bit of information about me, they declined to help me because I could nor remember the address of a place I lived over 25 years ago!! I think I will be trying a local community bank. Why would I want to support a Montreal Canada bank anyway!!!

Worst bank I've been service always slow at other ATMS you can pull out over 1000 a day an this bank here only does 300 so how do you expect people to pay rent with 300 cash an this bank is also the worst bc of this is slowest bank to get your stimulus check as well everyone else I know that have there money from other banks that have gotten theres already so worst bank by far ive banked years at this place but unfortunately all have be switching to chase bc your approved for alot more over there compared to this one I've seen people with 800 Cridet score get denied here

I bank with these guys the staff especially management are seriously the absolute best when I have any thing I need to take care of.The only issue I have is there call center o.O wait times sometimes exceeds 2 hours one day I waited 5 minutes I thought it was my lucky day then the lady on phone refuse to authenticate me saying I can identify you which straight bs it works with everyone else it wasn't until she had to get a supervisor to help me which forced me to wait 30 minutes for one. Makes the DMV look like they have a fast pass.

Bank has trash all over the front. Customer service does not help you. They will cancel your debit card without telling you.

The Assistant Branch Manager, Evelyn Ponce made my experience better than any bank I've ever had an account with and any representative at ANY bank I had to communicate with. She's definitely a leader for a reason and went way above and beyond to explain the checking account I recently opened up and has planned for me to come in on another day to give me a more personalized experience since I was a walk-in and the branch at the Antioch office off of Somersville Rd was very busy. I know most enjoy giving negative feedback since customers who typically walk out happy don't think they need to write any type of review but the attention and customer service I was given at that branch, not only from Evelyn, but even the tellers was something that made me feel so welcome and excited to be a new customer of Bank of the West. They were ALL extremely kind and personable and I hope they receive recognition for everything they've been through the last couple of years. BRAVO to everyone but ESPECIALLY Evelyn Ponce!

Oh God...I see probably every relative of the checkout is getting something to rate this place higher than 1 Star. You can tell by the name drops (in real life,nobody remembers rando counter workers). Anyways, here's how it really is. Any type of business you need done,wait for the heavy blonde who lives in her office by the Giant Bear or the bald white guy. Avoid the big Filipina and her cousins that absolutely won't do anything for you. Behind the counter are two rando twins a nice lady named Windy and the absolute worst person ever to work in a bank: Dragon Lady. Dragon Lady,around 50 with too much makeup and a fake smile(only when one of her cousin bosses is working). Well Dragon Lady really shows her stuff when everyone is at lunch and you're the only customer. Need to make a deposit? "Sorry I'm the only one working". Need to make a withdrawal? "Sorry,I'm the only one working"...so you get the point. At this point the only reason to go into that bank is to catch Dragon Lady at the counter and try and ruin her day as much as that branch ruins the days of countless costumers.

As much as I yelp business's it never crossed my mind to yelp my Home Bank Branch. I just want to take the time and shed some light on the amazing staff that this branch has. Evelyn & James is who I regularly meet with. I know these people by name because they take the time to acknowledge me and my husband every time we visit. We do not know them outside of the bank but it feels like we're at home every time we are there. They're welcoming and loving people. We love coming here! Cheers to the face of the company! You guys make it look AMAZING!

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! Do not bank here they do not treat new accounts very good. I've called 4 times to talk to a banker told I'd get call backs for a payroll check being held. It's been 4 days and Luis is useless I've he's the only person I have reached for help and has done nothing. He doesn't know how to do his job and should not be called any type of customer support. The bank says it's policy is 30 days for customers to clear a check according to Luis. I will be closing my account Monday morning. BANK ANYWHERE BUT HERE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL HAVE NO ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY.
