Poor customer service and I'm extremely disappointed in spending my hard earned money with BEVMO! NEVER AGAIN! I'll stick with Total wine & more! BevMo's employee was beyond unhelpful, unprofessional and just flat out unwelcoming! So I asked for a manager and was told by an awful employee named Alex with a poor attitude "We don't have one, now have a nice day." (unsure if that was his real name as no name tag was visible or being worn).

The location is convenient. The staff is helpful in finding items. They are very overpriced, but they do honor your nearest Total Wine price match.I went to pick up a 1.75ml Corrales Reposado Tequilla. It was priced $58.99. I looked up the nearest Total wine, and the exact same bottle was priced $39.99. Huge difference. However, they did do the price match and sold me the bottle for $39.99.

I asked the worker where an item was. She guided me to a different item. I asked her again where the other item was. "What we have is out there"I found it myself a few minutes later. It was up high, almost hidden.I remembered why I drive all the way to pleasant hill to go to total wine and more, even though it's much further away from my house: the employees are much more professional and helpful, the prices are much better, the selection is much better and the amount of product stocked is 3-4x that of bevmo. I'm not sure how this place is even still in business.

Horrible customer service esp from the lady there who handles the GoPuff orders. She talks down to customers and has zeroooo customer service at all. Even when it's her mistake, she doesn't even apologize. Don't shop here.1 star because the security guard is friendly and greets customers like friends.
