There were two ATMs and none of them were working. The place looked sketchy and when you pass the ATMs, the turn they made is so horrible. I felt like I was going to hit the car.

Changing branch hours without warning is not considerate of your bankers at all!! Now there's a lot of angry people outside shocked about this change and now in long ATM lines only to discover all of the ATM's are out of money!

My experience at this branch was TERRIBLE! I request to close my account and have a direct deposit re-routed to a different account. My request wasn't fulfilled correctly and I spoke to customer service and went to the branch to get this fixed. Both customer service and the branch advised, "Unfortunately, its nothing we can do". Very bad Customer service. DO NOT BANK with Chase!

I was opening a new checking and didn't have an appointment. They till care of me anyway. I was able to open a checking and savings without feeling rushed. The women that took care of me was friendly and professional.

I don't like this branch or Chase at all for the matter that they closed both my accounts and one was a business account which I didn't do anything on, but it was closed. First they messed up my personal bank and demanded me to pay them back then now my business bank is also closed so I will no longer be doing business with Chase at all.

This rating could probably be about any bank branch, bank in general, or the banking institution altogether. No one takes responsibility as you never speak to the same person twice and it seems ok that whatever one person said before is now "not how we do things" when you speak to another person. Most employees have very limited information and only specific answers they seem fine to repeat over and over and can't seem to defer to anyone else. Calling in for support only results in hours of waiting and still no real answers or solutions for resolution. At this branch, Jason Francisco, Lead Associate Operations, seemed quite proud to share how things are done with checks that are deposited and that he could show me how the process is written out. Nice, though, in the past three months the same process was completed in three very different ways with my account, though that didn't seem to matter to him since he could show me what was written. If only having something written out could explain everything...few skills, little information, disregard for what the customer actually says, a nice flow-chart, and lots of customer dissatisfaction...go home happy, Jason, or whatever name you have as this could be about most banking employees, in-branch, on-line, virtual, whatever. Wait...I just realized...this could be a review about just about any of our current institutions or government agencies...hmm, are there really any options anymore than to accept poor service, mediocrity, lack of real service, and a value on customers/clients/fellow humans? Huh.

This bank is awful. Poor customer service, terrible managers, just down right terrible.. they are doing shady things with our accounts.. been a loyal customer for over 20 years

I see people parking in the Handicap on purpose!! Even blocking where they are not supposed to be. Young people are yelling at the Handicap. They think because they feel they can park there their behavior is threateningto the elderly!! This at the Antioch Bank on Somerville. The security can do so much. They are not even respected to their job. Most part people are nice. Parking is horrible!!

The staff starting with the branch manager are the best, they are willing to go forth and beyond to make sure they take care of their customers, never been happier with any other banking institution, Thank you all for the wonderful service!
