DEFINITION OF HORRIBLE. Rosie should quit. The experience i had this morning was bad. The clerk Rosie seemed hungover or recovering from a rough night. I politely asked for 20 on 5 I had to repeat myself 3 times before she had to get her supervisor to assist me... Not saying race is the key component here but the clerk was definitely more welcoming and nicer to the elderly lady whom spoke they same language.

At night when there are but a few customers around, the employees at this gas station meet me outside with my change and receipt when I buy gas. This gas station is the only one I use so they know who I am. Something funny is going on.

This Chevron requires people to pay with a debit or credit card and their pin number! That is a recipe for disaster to require someones personal pin number in order for them to buy gas. In fact it is against the law. I will not frequent that Chevron or any store that requires a pin number in order to make a purchase.

10/15/2016 I gave an employee cash so I may purchase gas. I give him the pump # and he gives me the OK! So I check my pump and notice nothing's happening. I go back inside to see what's up. Turns out he ended up adding my money to the wrong pump. So someone ended up getting free gas, he says he thought I gave him a different pump # and claimed there was nothing he could do about it. No gas, no $ back, Nothing but B********

This is the Chevron I visit often. The employees are very friendly, always clean. Conveniently located next to Starbucks and Macy's. Employees are always out front cleaning the stations and sweeping. There is no touch less car wash at this location. Location has it's pros and cons. Easily accessible but during rush hour it does get busy and traffic will not always allow you to get back on the turning lanes.

Chevron is at a very busy intersection, delta & sommersville, would only go here if coming off hwy 4. gas drips -food mart -pay at pump, -gas prices same as valero across the street. -return to streets will take awhile, heavy traffic -entry from opposite direction tedious, time consuming. -spacious station.

Busy station, not the best layout. Difficult to get in and out of. the gas price is always 4 cents more than Valero across the street, but that station is even worse for getting in and out of. Clean store with a decent selection of snacks (snacks are at gas station prices of course) As far as i am concerned their coffee is better than the Starbucks next door. CLEAN restrooms. Friendly staff this station is located on the corner of Somersville rd and Delta Fair blvd. at Somersville Towne Center.

Not my favorite Chevron. I like to avoid this one by all means. Why? It's in a busy intersection. Therefore, it gets super busy. So busy that I always find myself doing this awkward three point turn off on the side to match my side to the pump. This always takes me a little bit. And while I'm doing this, some RUDE person always comes in and steals me pump. UGH!
