This is me and my new friend raj at Sam's club where I get 2% cash back way more to chose from and employees that like their job don't b..tch while your waiting for them to do something and taught me how to check out with my app rather than wait in line like the clowns at Costco... way to ruin a business kick out the smart customers rather than the idiot employees ... guess what everyone in town is better than your Costco not all costcos this Costco !!

My husband and I just had the BEST experience from the Optical department from an associate by the name of TASHA .We thought she was the Manager !. My husband was only going to purchase 1 pair of glasses ,he end up buying 2 pair! She took her time explaining and listening to all my husband questions and concerns and making sure the center of his vision was centered and marked the glasses for pickup . NOW that is ***** Customer service. Friendly and Knowledgeable consumers ask for Tasha . She the Best That made his birthday in which is today!

Worst customer service here at the store especially when trying to return something simple at the service line.. first they address you with an attitude making remarks like don't move forward yet I am not ready to help you yet.. than they chat their time away.. than when it comes to returning the product they clearly miss charge me.. they give me the feeling that think I m lying and trying to steal from their so call membership base business.. Especially this supervisor Christopher.. horrible with customer service.. I will soon disconnect myself from the store and possibly withdrawing my membership with costco..Horrible when they treat their member as second class citizen..

SELF-CHECKOUT: The Costco worker scans your items instead of the you scanning the items yourself. FOOD COURT: All food from Food Court have to pay tax. - Hot Dog & Soda - $1.50 - Pepperoni or Cheese pizza - $1.99 per slice - Whole pizza (Pepperoni or Cheese) - $9.99 - Chocolate Chip Cookie $2.49 When the worker handed me the cookie, it was warm like out of the oven. I ate a piece of cookie when it was warm which tasted good but then I ate the rest later when the cookie cooled down and to me it tasted better when it cooled down than when it was warm. - Latte $2.99 It was good. It was not too sweet. To all Costcos: It'll be better if you have one line for customers to wait for the next available window for picking up snack purchases from the Food Court. Many times, no matter which line I stand in, is the worst line to wait. It'll be more fair for customers, if there is only one line to wait for the next window.

I'am not sure why there is always an issue with the food court at this location. Specifically the pizza pick up window. Apparently the rules change on the pick up window. There is one worker with glasses that I have seen first hand how rude she is to customers. Every time I go there she says there a different rule about going straight to pick up or waiting for number (if buying from kiosk). Maybe they should have a sign so they can avoid customers being so upset because we waited over 30 min.

Another five star review! There's a reason people love Costco! We had a great experience today, from the door checkers, to the sample servers, to the cashier, to the food court server! The store was clean, the air was cool, and the variety of products is always second to none! I was provided a chip sample from a bubbly lady who was excitedly offering the samples and calling "Step up to my booth and have some chips today!" She was so cute, I had to try some! And they were delicious! Lauren was my food court server today, and she was lovely! A real people person! Despite being very busy, she took the time to provide full service, including offering onions for the hotdogs, offering a lid for the ice cream, and asking how my day was going! The door checker was a tall younger gentleman who seemed polite and upbeat. He appeared to take pride in his work and that was refreshing!

Employees' customer service has deteriorated at Costco. No organization in their handling of returns- specifically in Antioch. My return is a malfunction letter from them. Not even just for any reason of returning a product. They have to remember that their business is membership based.

Be careful going to this Costco. The stockers in the back were very RUDE (a couple were mexicans and an older Caucasian man). They were just pushing through their carts/dollies, not waiting for customers to pass through without warning. I saw the Caucasian man push his big orange cart through, squeezing himself between customers' carts, customers stopping because he was just pushing though without minding everyone else around him. Mind you, I was only wearing flip flops at the time and I was afraid he was going to run over my foot! I had to yell at them and tell them they were being very rude. It was very chaotic and they had no care for the customers around them.

I recently visited the Costco located at 2201 Verne Roberts Cir, Antioch, CA 94509. This location is a bit older compared to some other Costcos. During my visit, the self-checkout system was having some issues, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the customer service here was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and friendly, which made the experience much more pleasant. The gas station at this Costco is also a bit outdated, but I was able to get in and out quickly, which was great. One standout feature of this Costco is their food court. Unlike other locations, the food court here is well-organized and easy to navigate. They seem to have a good system in place, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Overall, despite some minor technical issues, the friendly staff and efficient food court made for a positive experience.

it's really one of the best wholesale store around.Their prices are very competitive,if you want to save money, that's the place to go,returns are easy,having their own gas station is a big plus too.

This Costco is nice and has different merchandise like most Costco. Its merchandise is geared towards the general demographic. One thing I do notice is this Costco has a semi self checkout. It has a total of 4 but only 2 were operated by employees. They will scan the items for you due to the high theft rate in this particular store. Plus when you do leave the store, the person will actually count each item scanned compared to what is in your cart. It seems like a nice store, but the city of Antioch seems questionable. I recently ordered a pizza from Costco and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the pizza I received. My pizza was handed to me with no cheese or pepperoni on half of the pizza. I did not receive what I paid for. The pizza itself was also undercooked, with a soggy crust and lackluster flavor. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be ordering pizza from Costco again. I expected better quality and customer service from such a large and well-known company.

I know there is a new store in Brentwood. If the situation does not improve at this store, at least I will have a new store to choose from.
